Blecch to the Escudo! According to my notes, I conquered this series in a Viper GTS (the dealer-bought car, not a prize). I had trouble at the Route 5 race till the last lap, but I won it by drafting a Vector LM down the straightaway. It was a close race. At Rome I apparently came in 3rd place: I managed to catch up to the leading GT40 and '99 Toyota GT-1 but spun a couple times. I came in 2nd at Laguna Seca to a GT40 again, but won all the other races. It's actually been awhile since I've tried the GT All Stars.

R390 Road Car. You will need the racing transmission.
slide the "Sports-Wide" slider to 10, with Turbo Stage 3 equipped.
Drive smoothly, and you will win.
With Stage 4 Turbo, I have managed 1'05.XXX's easily, and 1'00.XXX when I'm "in the Zone" using this car.
Unisia Jecs, Calsonic, TVR Speed 6 LM racer, Both Supra Racers, will all handle this race with ease.
Be sure to adjust the Transmission so that the Top of sixth gear is attainable on the Front Straight.

i smashed that race in the pennzoil and unisiia jecs, do race 3 a lot though, sell the car for half a million

*smirk* yeah, usually takes an LM on that track when your facing down other LM's...tho I did finally manage to kick butt with a Storm...and on Special five with an Aristo past all them idiots, too. I also like running red rock with "lights on".

Yeah I find that using just about any LM or prize car like the Oreca Viper or Kure Skyline results in an easy win, and this=not much satisfaction for ol' Parnelli! I prefer store-bought cars...the Viper GTS...the '95 Skyline GT-R, for instance. But like I said, I've only done the All Stars race a handful of times.

Man, I'll tell you what the problem is. The other day you came in here asking us what our 1st car was, and now you're already tryin to tackle the GT All Stars...probly for the money. Chill out, man...try the compact car series first...something like that.
