And here we have next week's provided car for Daily Race A.
That was always going to happen. And here we have next week's provided car for Daily Race A.
He has 98k mileage points. Not a lot more you can get. 🧐ahah ! I am updating, I will go and have a look, at that price that's a good deal 😅
@Baka_Marimo : 100M credits is the max you can get ? How comes you have so few miles, you spend a lot of them ? I have ten times less credits than you do but I have twice your miles count (and I've spent a good amount of them already)
I need to check in game, I have a greater amount in my memory but I must be wrongHe has 98k mileage points. Not a lot more you can get. 🧐
Maxes out at 99,999.I need to check in game, I have a greater amount in my memory but I must be wrong
No, I was refering to the Miles you win along with credits and XP, but my memory was wrong about the amount I have (confusion between the number of Mi I've earned and the number I currently have).@Lomic You're probably looking at my daily mileage (42.3 km). I've only done barely enough to get the daily workout gift. Initially the maximum amount of credits you can get is 20 million but the cap is raised to 100 million if you beat Lewis Hamilton's gold times.
That's an interesting idea indeed. Provided they do actually patch this out you can buy a GR 86 now for 8,600 Credits and sell it later for 25,800 Credits, tripling your investment in the process. So if you load up on GR86s now, hold them till they patch the price to (I assume) 86k, then sell them, is that a profit?

Lol, for 90k profit it's arguably more fun and time better spent to run a single Pro-level Career mode race. That being said, I'll probably still buy 7 of these while they're 8,600 credits! So if you load up on GR86s now, hold them till they patch the price to (I assume) 86k, then sell them, is that a profit?

8,600 Credits? Did they really forget to add a zero there? 😅
brb gonna buy 905 GR86s nowSo if you load up on GR86s now, hold them till they patch the price to (I assume) 86k, then sell them, is that a profit?

That's actually the price it's supposed to be. I completely missed it first time round, but TGR mis-translated its own press release:8,600 Credits? Did they really forget to add a zero there? 😅
Okay, but seeing how the original 2015 model is almost 30,000 Credits that still doesn't make a lot of sense does it? Heck, even the 1991 Honda Beat is more expensive at 13,800 Credits. Perhaps the pricing is just intended to make it easy for everyone to jump in and have a go, I don't know. They're probably not making much off of microtransactions this late into the game's lifecycle anyway. That's actually the price it's supposed to be. While it says "86,000Cr." there, the previous characters say "86万Cr". The counter "万", or "man" means "10,000", so it's 86 x 10,000, or 860,000cr. In Japanese versions, the value of credits is 1% of other versions, so it really is meant to be 8,600cr in non-Japanese versions.
Totally looked clean through it the first time. I just read the "86,000Cr" bit and my brain moved on.
Absolutely, this whole excercise of putting the car in the game is to promote the car for Toyota. No other reason, so it stands to reason they'd make it as easy as possible to acquire and drive.Perhaps the pricing is just intended to make it easy for everyone to jump in and have a go
might as well give it as a present then, who does not have 8600cr ??Absolutely, this whole excercise of putting the car in the game is to promote the car for Toyota. No other reason, so it stands to reason they'd make it as easy as possible to acquire and drive.
Because they want to say how many they've "sold" in the game. They already did that with the GR Yaris:might as well give it as a present then, who does not have 8600cr ??
👍they will only speak of the number of sales, not the price.
I've had the same issue, although I had more than the space needed for the patch (like 20Go of free space). And as usual I can't update GTS because I don't have enough space on my ps4.
This is exactly why I have an external hard drive. GTS is the only game I have installed on the PS4 nowadays specifically because I got tired of deleting whole games just for 1 update. And as usual I can't update GTS because I don't have enough space on my ps4.
Yaaaaaaay
To keep playing GTS in multiplayer, just like yesterday, I have to delete a full game: FF7 Remake.
Yaaaaaaay
I believe you've hit the nail on the head. And after seeing @Famine's explanation, it will make no sense to buy more than 1. I don't give a fat rat's ass how many they've "sold" in the game. Just be glad I (Mr. Not Another 86 in the game) "bought" one with my credits, since I didn't want to wait to win it on the prize wheel.Because they want to say how many they've "sold" in the game. They already did that with the GR Yaris:
Gran Turismo Sport Players Have Bought 300,000 Examples of the Toyota GR Yaris
According to Toyota Gazoo Racing, Gran Turismo Sport players have picked up more than 300,000 units of the new Toyota GR Yaris since it came to the game just over a month ago. Toyota released the information as part of an update on the Toyota GR Supra GT Cup, won by Takuma Miyazono at the weekendwww.gtplanet.net
If they gift if to everyone, they can't. All about marketing these days.
I just love that they could've went with ANY reasonable number for the kind of car they are selling, but settled on thatThat's actually the price it's supposed to be. I completely missed it first time round, but TGR mis-translated its own press release:
