Impossible to say, but I saw what looked like a normal PS4 under the TV on one of the pictures where they were playing with DS4's. Obviously the NEO could look the same, but I would have thought it would have been hidden away, or just been looking like a generic black console/development-kit, as it's not announced yet.

No one mentioned a PS4NEO. It's not officially announced yet, I find very unrealistic that dozen of guests are actually playing with PS4NEO
