Well, i think that it could take a little sales of each other. I'm a fan of Uncharted and Gran Turismo. I really want to play both games. I think i'm not the only who like then both, so maybe some people will have to chose between then.

Right now, i would go for Uncharted 4, because my T300 isn't working, and while i don't seel my TH8A and T500 pedals, i won't by another wheel(G29). So no GTS or any other racing game now for me. :nervous:

The GT:S beta will be free so you would not have to 'chose' between them in that regard.

Now you may not have the time you like to try both, but if that was a reason not to launch a title then nothing would ever get released. However from a financial outlay you don't have to pick, one of them will be free (well unless PD and Sony go for the oddest move ever and try and charge for a beta, but I can't see that happening).

I was talking about GTS itself, not the beta.

But yes, a beta shouldn't and won't take the sales of a full game.

Exactly and unless U4 is delayed for a long time or GT:S gets a surprise release in the next month or so they are not going to clash. Hence my slight confusion over your concern.

:)

It’s rather easy if you start reasoning in terms of fiscal year. Sony’s Q1 2016 spans from April 1 to June 30. This would conveniently superimpose “Early 2016 ” with Northern Hemisphere “Spring” too.
You honestly believe when they announced to the the Joe Public that the game was coming out early in the year they meant Sony's fiscal year??? Sorry but the public do not operate to Sony's fiscal times we operate on the international calendar and May is not "early"

People don’t but a subsidiary company could. As a few previous posts underline, “early” is open to varying interpretations. Anyway, they typically announced the game in a way that remains evasive enough for them to release it whenever they think appropriate and annual financial objectives may influence that decision.

Sorry but there is no way on earth PD are referring to a financial fiscal year when they write on their public website 'Early 2016'. Nobody is going to know that unless it was stated. If they had used the term 'Q1' then I would agree it's possible, but not just with the word early. Nobody is going to think that means early in the fiscal year because it isn't stated as such.

Hi , this is my point of view of why i find this wait a little bit enervating (imo), if in October 2015 they show me a trailer with some in game replay (as i think to have seen) i become convinced that the game is in a final version, ok they tell to us that the beta version will be out in early 2016, is another brick that convinced me that would be already in January 2016(beta version), i can't still say to me that the first 4 months , or another bla bla of why or where they will show to us a new trailer, but i say to me that it is a delay of all the program.
I apologize to everyone if I expose another complaint and nothing constructive.

Anyone know if Polyphony are detailing the cars to PS5 levels of detail This time round?

Been waiting on any news on the development of GT:S, hopefully it'll come out soon.

As this is a smaller scale of a game than the GT7, I assume the car list will be on the low side too. Less than 100 cars perhaps? Or is that too much?

So Forza will be at Geneva motor show, I assume GT will be there also. From a marketing point of view, you can't let Forza shine like nothing happened. But Poly and common sense...

> Forza at Geneva
> GT probably too
> Cyril Drevet making a video called "Montage GT/Forza"
NO WAY!

Just kidding, of course. Hope so.

Just shearing this (Facebook chat)

Me: Hi! One question. I think I saw our flag (Argentina) in the trailer. Im right if I think that in this opportunity we are going to be able to participate in all the tournaments instances?

GT: Hi Mar,

GT Sport is an international game, so we´re trying to include as many countries as possible. Every region has a different legislation in term of eSport so we will have to see what they allow us to do, but if all is good we´ll add as many countries as we can!
