Nobody has done Quaker State. There's not even any stickers for them. I found that funny. Search for oil stickers on the website and you get tons for just about every other company, but none for Quaker State...

Sounds like the old adage, "If you want something done right (or just done, in this case), you've gotta do it yourself.

Edit: On second thought, I think I'll make a couple myself. :P

Remind me not to do that again. I had a great .png image to use that was under 10kb & was a good size pixelwise, but when I dropped the decal into Vectorizer, it shot up to 99kb. :boggled: I had to butcher it a bit, reduce some colors, & take away all of the white in the pic. The .svg is currently uploaded & I'll get a link to download it when I post my livery. I'm playing with it now, but I'm having to use plenty of background layers to get white letters on the main car color.

@R1600Turbo there are some PD supplied Quaker State decals in the livery editor already. Haven't really paid attention which ones, but have seen them in there.

On a side note, I find it funny when people go through the trouble to make a multi color decal, that's already in game.

Yeah I know, not the ones I needed at the time.

Edit: Anyone know much about the Nurburgring 24hr number plate system? As far as I can tell the GT3 cars have the smaller, italisized style plate where as the rest of the field has a larger, upright plate. But I can't confirm. Making a livery and want to get it right.

I've found it helpful on occasion when PD's decal system doesn't properly load their full catalog. I'm not sure why it happens but it has happened a bunch of times to me where there are only a handful of stock decals from PD available.

Also, that Miller livery is top

Do you mean such as when you do liveries on Ferrari? This is the manufacturer enforcing certain stock decals to be abailable

I've never paid attention to which vehicle it happens with, but wow, I wasn't even aware that could be the case! I always thought the system was just down on occasion. Now when I get home I need to go in with the Ferrari and have my mind blown

Whoever is responsible for the livery editor should be shot, as it's extremely frustrating to put decals on the Super Formula. But despite this, I still managed to create something that looks close enough to the real thing. I know, it's missing a couple logos so if someone can help me source them, that would be a big help!

I don't know why I keep bothering to trying to do liveries with obscure or dead sponsors, I just end up getting angry trying to source images that end up with extremely low pixel count and or buried in the depths of the Google search function. Inkscape isn't very friendly.

Barwell Motorsport Huracan GT3 #77 Monza spec
GAAAAHHH. I remember why I hate working with the Huracan GT3. Not only did it take 200+ layers to make the base of the livery, finding the sponsors really tested my patience.

This was done in probably 3 minutes. I too can make garbage and try to pass it off as good. Sometimes I imagine myself looking at the endless void wondering what one has to do to be trending with a shiny turd. I hope I'll make it one day with one of my turds.
