I'd only buy VR if one you could use it online and two it wasn't £300 - £350 lol
I also don't really like the idea of my eyes being covered up
Lucky for us, if VR continues as a popular trend, it'll become cheaper as more competitors rise up.I'd only buy VR if one you could use it online and two it wasn't £300 - £350 lol

I'm hoping for a 3d showroom mode where you can look through the interior and stuffI already have the PSVR and can not wait to try GTS, although of course it will be limited on many aspects
At the end of the video the replay will run in cinema mode 2D.
Hopefully it can also be seen in some VR mode like passenger view, driver view or some spectator mode.
This looks super lame to me, the floaty car, the grass slowing you down, the bounce off barriers, it's so un lifelike, almost zero visible vibrations. When you see what PC2 looks like with VR mode, it's the complete antithesis (i know it's PC to PS4, but still)
I have seen something like that in some video or images from the VR mode of GTS.I'm hoping for a 3d showroom mode where you can look through the interior and stuff
In VR the framerate is everything and Sony don't allow vr games that not meet at least 60 fps. Going under 60fps would create sickness.Didnt know the game already ran with more opponents?! Meh, some fps drops really wouldnt bother me

Ahh passenger view. Me want.I already have the PSVR and can not wait to try GTS, although of course it will be limited on many aspects

And maybe by some stroke of luck someone in Silicon Valley will reinvent the aesthetics of the headset.
Why bother with VR if its so limited.
So VR is just a game mode? Haha, good old PD for you. What a joke.. Give them lemons and they just stomp then on the ground and stare at you. Honestly, why even bother..

It looks to me it will be for offline only. I say that with limited (LIMITED!) technical knowledge.Maybe it could be possible, if only for duels.

Found it! @1:40Ahh passenger view. Me want.
And the VR showroom to look around and in a car takes place in a black room. I believe the video was posted by a Japanese channel.

I could spend dozens of hours only here to see all the details of the cars, not counting those that I'll spend into photo mode
The rest may not matter to you but it does to me and I presume others. A crisp and clear 1080p/60fps is the minimum standard for me these days. Lots of people are rocking 4k these days, others as much as 144 fps, so to come down to the resolution of VR is not going to float everyone's boat, regardless of being able to move your head around or not.I really hope do more with PSVR ........................Because once you race in VR you NEVER want to go back...................
I know the graphics are lower but the game play and the immersion is FANTASTIC and the rest does not matter.
