So, @Razamataz, any new guesses about the future updates :D ?
Looking into the crystal ball, I reckon we'll be seeing the following in future updates...

Existing Premiums from GT6 - Best Odds
Mercedes 300 SL
- How we've gone this long without the Gullwing ever dropping amazes me. I'd bet good money we'll see this vehicle debuting before the year is out.
Ferrari Daytona - This was another surefire bet that's recently been leaked. Also the last classic Ferrari to be ported. All other Ferrari's are now of the 00s vintage. Should this drop with the Mercedes above I'd expect additional events in the GT League's classic car cup.
Lexus LFA - Toyota's definitive supercar. Given all the hubbub about licensing issues GT Sport will eventually be one of only a few contemporary racing games where you can drive this high revving legend. Gotta love that dash too. To whet your appetites in the meantime...
BMW 507 - Iconic BMW roadster. For further information,
Audi R10 & Bentley Speed 8 - Le Mans winners. With Spa set to drop at the end of the month, Belgium's hallowed tarmac seems like a natural playground for Gr.1 / LMP1 class competition vehicles. I believe these are the only two Premium Gr.1 machines that have yet to ported to GT Sport. There's also the Deltawing but (assumed) licensing issues give me big doubts on that one.
Mazda Autozam AZ-1 - Iconic Kei car notably absent from GT Sport. Expect new events for the Kei Car cup in GT League when this one drops.
Chevrolet Corvette Stringray Racer Concept - We've had the Plymouth XNR Ghia Roadster already, the seems like a natural counterpart. Also one of the very few remains classics left to be ported from the 1960s.
Toyota Castol TOMS Supra - It's the definitive Gran Turismo hero car! The constant that's been in virtually every game. Question is, what class does it belong in? The mysterious Gr.A perhaps? Makes the most sense to me.

Existing Premiums from GT6 - Good Odds
Alfa Romeo TZ3 Stradale
- Could it be
considered one of GT6's flagship vehicles? I remember this featuring in the Goodwood event and also on the Euro box art.
Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 (C6)
Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C5)
Chevrolet El Camino
Cadillac CTS-V Coupe
- New brand for GT Sport
Cizeta Moroder V16T - New brand for GT Sport
Ford Shelby GT500
Fisker Karma Ecosport
- New brand for GT Sport. Possibly debuting with an electric event to race alongside the Tesla?
Honda HSV-010 GT500 - A welcome addition to Gr.2 and sweet, sweet engine note. Possibly will arrive along side Toyota Supra GT500 variant as well
Infiniti G35 - New brand for GT Sport
Light Car Company Rocket - Gordon Murray's "other car"
Nissan Silvia Spec R Aero (S15) - Silvia guy's going to lose his mind when this eventually drops. We've had the S13, this only seems like a natural progression and one of the remaining JDM icons yet to be ported.
Plymouth AAR Cuda 340 Six Barrel - One of handful of remaining muscles cars
Mercedes SL55 AMG - A former car of Kaz's I believe.

Existing Standards from GT4 - Good Odds
One thing I've noticed with GT Sport's car library is that the 1980s are seriously lacking in representation. Besides that my picks as follows:

Audi Sport Quattro '83
Audi R8 Race Car '00
- Le Mans winner '00
BMW V12 LMR - Le Mans winner '99
BMW 2002 - Probably one of my hottest pics
Buick Regal GNX - You can have it in any colour you like, so long as it's black
DeLorean DMC12
Dodge Charger 440 R/T '70
Ford GT40 Mk.1 Race Car
- Another 15,000,000 vehicle most of us will never use but can lust at when racing Nostalgic '79.
Ford RS200
Ford Mustang GT Coupe '65
Jaguar XJ220
Mazda Cosmo Sport
'67 - Up there with Honda S800 and Toyota GT2000 for Japanese vintage classics
Mercedes E190 Evolution - That E30 M3 needs a rival
Ford Mustang GT Coupe '65
Mercury Cougar XR7 '67
Mitsubishi FTO GP Version R
Nissan Nismo 400R
Nissan Fairlady Z
432 '69 - Not sure if I've got right model here but expect something from this generation.
Toyota Celica GT-FOUR '98
Pagani Zonda C12S 7.3
Peugeot 905 Evo 1 Bis
- A Group C, twice Le Mans winning legend just waiting to be added.
Peugeot 205 T16 '84
Plymouth Superbird
Pontiac GTO '69
Renault 5 Turbo
Ruf CTR "Yellowbird"
- Should be an easy addition I imagine given the recent 911 Turbo we've had
Suzuki Pikes Peak Escudo - GT2's definitive "cheat car". Pretty much broke the game for me.
VW Golf I GTI '76

My 2 cents anyhoo. Discuss away!

Both Land Rover and Lotus also have premium models in the older games but it's sad that they won't be going to the current game anyway because of obvious reasons. And I've also noticed that Jaguar is currently lacking cars made from 80s to 00s in the game's current roster. So yeah, the XJ220 can be a good addition to that someday.

To be honest I still have my doubts a RUF of any kind will come to GT Sport considering Porsche and RUF tend to be mutually exclusive in a vast majority of games. Most games have one or the other, with a few exceptions (The Crew 2, however both manufacturers are in separate discplines save for Rally Raid, Gear.Club Unlimited 2 and the Japan-only Drift Spirits).

About the Cappuchino, it's same like the AZ1. You should've put the S15 in best odds and the drifters will lose their minds like the Silvia guys. The good odds are also the DC5, RX8, and 370Z Z34.

Used Wikipedia. some similar variants like Spoon Civics are stroken through too. There are some mistakes probably

Another Alfa will come, the 8C2300. It just won the Pebble Beach GT Trophy.
Problem is that when it will come. Maybe GT8? A few months ago they update a Pebble Beach car or a SEMA car every month.

Looks like the Mazda Furai will never get to exist in another GT title again.

It will trust me the data and everything is there. Best tribute for the Furai is too feature it in a racing game instead of letting it die off.

I hope so and the LFA as well but I doubt if any or both of these will make it into GT Sport since GT7 may come out a few years from now.

How much can we deduct (or have deducted) from the currently-available events in GT League? I think it could especially help when looking at which events could potentially have more tracks/cars that fit into their motifs. For example, I think if Ascari returned from GT6, I could easily see it being an race added to the Premium Sport Lounge.

Here are events where I could see more cars being added:

Mazda Roadsters Cup: Mazda Roadster NB & NC
Nissan Z Heritage: Nissan Z34, Z31, S30.
Competition de France: (Citroen, literally any model, please.)
MINI Challenge: Mini Countryman (Maybe a JCW model, too?)
Tourist Trophy: Mk.II TTS (Maybe a TTRS, too?)
Supra Legend: Supra A60, GR Supra Launch Edition (USDM)

LFA will most likely come during GTS's lifetime. There were many other JDM cars that were added much later then we thought ( NSX, S2000, Integra, 350Z, S13, AE86, GTO...), PD is just for some reason taking time with it. But there's 90% chance that it will be added. There's also another JDM, that still surprises me it wasn't added yet, even though I don't care much about it, but I'm sure lots of others do - The Mazda RX8.

They've become too busy adding models from Nissan and Ferrari in the past updates that came to for the game.

EDIT pictureS

I guess not as GT Sport might be nearing 500 cars already which is the target for the game but who knows if this number will go beyond that.

Dodge Charger 440 R/T '70

Ford RS200
Ford Mustang GT Coupe '65
Jaguar XJ220
Mazda Cosmo Sport
'67 - Up there with Honda S800 and Toyota GT2000 for Japanese vintage classics
Mercedes E190 Evolution - That E30 M3 needs a rival
Ford Mustang GT Coupe '65
Mercury Cougar XR7 '67
Mitsubishi FTO GP Version R
Nissan Nismo 400R
Nissan Fairlady Z
432 '69 - Not sure if I've got right model here but expect something from this generation.
Toyota Celica GT-FOUR '98
Pagani Zonda C12S 7.3
Peugeot 905 Evo 1 Bis
- A Group C, twice Le Mans winning legend just waiting to be added.
Peugeot 205 T16 '84
Plymouth Superbird
Pontiac GTO '69
Renault 5 Turbo
Ruf CTR "Yellowbird"
- Should be an easy addition I imagine given the recent 911 Turbo we've had
Suzuki Pikes Peak Escudo - GT2's definitive "cheat car". Pretty much broke the game for me.
VW Golf I GTI '76

My 2 cents anyhoo. Discuss away!

Thanks for all your work on this. Your Premium picks seem like good bets to me.

PS Ford Mustang GT Coupe 65 - so good, you listed it twice :sly:

I think the 190E Evo II in particular would be better, if you ask me. The Honda 1300 Coupe 9 S could be a good 60s/70s JDM car to have added, alongside the Mazda Cosmo, Nissan Skyline GT-R KPGC10, and the first Nissan Fairlady Z as well as the Fairlady 2000.

I've been looking over at the list of Premiums in GT6 and I keep thinking to myself, rather than directly add and re-touch up some of the existing Premium models from that game, they should add some more recent/refreshed versions of them instead. Just a few examples so I can illustrate my point better:
  • Audi RS 6 Avant '15 instead of Audi RS 6 Avant '08
  • BMW M2 Coupe '16 instead of BMW 135i Coupe '07
  • Cadillac CTS-V Sedan '16 instead of Cadillac CTS-V Coupe '11
  • Dodge Viper ACR '16 instead of Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR '08
  • Ferrari FXX K '14 or Ferrari FXX K Evo '18 instead of Ferrari FXX '07
  • Mercedes-AMG C 63 S Coupe (W205) '16 instead of Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG '08
  • Mini John Cooper Works '18 instead of Mini Cooper S '11
  • Nissan Fairlady Z Nismo (Z34) '16 instead of Nissan Fairlady Z (Z34) '08
I'd list a few others here but these are the only few examples I can think of.

I wish that’s how PD’s mindset works, but it doesn’t.

Being an rx8 owner myself I would love to see it added. If there is any hint it might be added is the fact they have not expanded the Dr. Wankel career races. I would also love to see a first gen rx7 for the first time since gt2 but seems unlikely.
Look at first gen mitsubishi GTO, it was last seen in GT2 as well. I think PD are now trying to revive these very first generations of iconic cars, so this RX7 is possible, however, maybe in next GT title

I agree with most of them, except Ferrari FXX, I like that one more than the newer version and it's probably my favourite ferrari. But it would be best if both of them would be included.

Literally the only two cars I still need from previous GT‘s are the Minolta Toyota and the MB Evo II :D
