Did it update with the 1.40 update? The last Nations event (the one that was car and track TBD) has been removed from the site, and the game reference. I hope that doesn't mean it's gone for good...
I checked a couple hours ago and it was still missing.Did it update with the 1.40 update?
Yeah, I feel like this wasn't their first idea. Maybe there was supposed to be something else in this update that got cut?I get the feeling the original idea for the last race of nations was different but this race will most likely use road cars and probably use the SRT Demon which is fun to drive
they might switched the new track , that would made sense but who knowsYeah, I feel like this wasn't their first idea. Maybe there was supposed to be something else in this update that got cut?
They plan ahead, for sure, but unexpected things can always happen. A bug, a licensing issue... Why would they need to do this to hide a new car, they still haven't even revealed what the car(s) are yet!I don't think so, they most plan their updates way ahead. More probably the race will contain at least one of the new cars.
I'm a little disappointed now that 2 Nations Cup races feel like Daily Race A which don't need you to have too much skill.
So, back-to-back oval racing in Nations Cup?
Super Formula or Gr.2 also seem like possibilities. Guessing it won't be Gr.1 or X2019, in any case, since we already had races with those. Suppose we'll find out soon enough, though. FWIW, I share your disappointment. I was looking forward to having some fun in the snow. Its says RH tires which leads one to believe it'll be a Gr4 or Gr3 car.
I hope you didn't need that pound for the shopping trolley.I am prepared to bet the princely sum of £1 that we are going to be in the snow for the missing Nations Cup round.
If the final race is in the Demon, I could see that being more challenging than expected. An 800+ hp boat with very little downforce will probably be quite slidy even at Daytona.I don't think so, they most plan their updates way ahead. I was pleasantly surprised by the Demon. Took it for a spin in the Clubman event at Watkins Glen and it was good fun. Only whacked into Barry about 5 times. I'd be happy if that was the Daytona vehicle. If the final race is in the Demon, I could see that being more challenging than expected. I don't know about the GTR, but for the RCZ, I found I get my best times when I increase the compression dampers on both the front (37 versus the default 30) and rear (33 versus 30). I made slight changes to the expansion amounts (-1 on front, +2 on rear), too, but the impact of those changes on my lap time were less noticeable.Anyone running the GTR 18, this is what I’m using. I found making the dampers too soft was causing too much understeer for me.
