You can still download gta I checked but don't want to waste my time...
I really want those cars.

Correct, if you hadn't participated in GT Academy when it was being held you won't be able to get the cars.

To add onto this, can you still do the events to see where you rank among the leaderboards? Im not asking like if we could still get the car, i obviously know that answer, but just wondering if i could find out where i rank.
