I'm registered in the Southeast Region. I wound up 410th (Nationally) in the 370Z / Indy Time Trial Sony sponsored some time ago (can't remember anything having to do with time passage ..... old guy thing I think), so I'm hoping to at least make the 128 cut from my region. It may not be possible however, as I can envision that there may be more than twice as many entrants than there was for the Prologue challenge due to the popularity of the full game.
Oh yes, as you may remember, I too am 62
BTW .... FLASH48 is our age and he finished in the top 50 as I recall
This is good news! I'm 61 and I felt like I'm too old to be thinking about GT Academy. You have lifted my spirit. Perhaps I will also enter. I too am from Northeast. Good luck to you all!
I'm 40, I started playing video games in the 70's with space invaders and the original 2600. Old == Experience both real and simulated. That means I've been driving for 24 years and playing video games for 32. I've owned sports cars for 15 of those years. That's has to count for something
I'm 57 and so far hanging on to tenth in the Rome trial.
I think there's more there, but I just haven't been able to put a whole lap together.
EDIT: Oh boy cut off 8 tenths moved up to 4th.
Probably won't last long though.
EDIT: Still hanging in the single digits(6th)
Have alot of work to do on Tsukuba and the Cape.
