Ginetta is owned by Lawrence Tomlinson, the head of the LNT Group, Team LNT racing team, and Zytek Engineering.

Yeah..... Perhaps i should have put that winking smilie at the end of my post ;)

Well,

this car better be very cool cause I'm a bit tired of pointless concept cars that merely exist in Kaz's imagination and oddballs like the jay leno tank car, nike 022,etc... these cars take time to develop and space on the disk and they've got no purpose really.

I mean just focus on real cars that really exist and cars that can be realistically driven on a race track and be fun to drive

just my opinion

Guys, guys
I found the answer on what car it is!
The car under the sheets have curvy lines, I did lil research and found this extreme car with curvy lines

If this is not it. All i can think of is FWD Ford GT with a 150hp engine.

Thank god it's not that! To me, at least, this signals a downloadable car in the very near future. The other two new cars were only shown as promotional tools for their respective manufacturers whereas this seems a bit special.

I hope so!
GT players will be first ones in the world to test drive that baby under the sheets, other then developers and concept designers ;) Times like these makes me proud of being a Gran Turismo owner, a respectful race car sim game.

Im staggered by this games growing reputation in the auto industry... yes it was always a great in the gaming world but to have auto companies queing up for various promotional tie ins it really shows its influence... I would be suprised if Lambo finally gets a look in the full GT5.

You probably meant to say "I wouldn't be surprised". :)

He's probably closer to the truth with "would". I have my reservations, I'd love it to happen but I have doubts it will.

This has to be it.

Is that Rally car FWD or AWD? It looks pretty sweet, It would look so nice in the USA because I am tired of CIVICS.

Ahh here is the thread for it.
I posted it in the GT5P board. lol

It really looks nice, i hope the body shape wont be too extreme.
*is excited*

Hey, hey, hey, wait just a second! Citroën has been in talks about a DTM effort, and this pretty much looks like it could be just that car! In that case, it´s a C5 DTM racer! And if so, that is major news, since there has been no confirmation about their DTM participation so far.

I don't think so.
What would be the point in that? It's Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters not French.

wow... the latest screen looks awesome!maybe a race prototype(le mans type)?

also it could be the DTM, and well alfa romeo did participate quit a few years in dtm and are they german?

i would love to see this car being reveald!

Sure, but it´s open to any nationality. Lexus is also in the talks of an effort. MG was supposed to compete a few years ago, but they went bankrupt. And as mentioned, Alfa has been there in the past.

Naahhh, the shape is more GT like and its also too extreme in its design.
Just look at the exhausts.
I think it will look a bit like the Mazda Furai.

It depends on the class, that's a WRC car which is 4wd. Some cars like Super 2000's are fwd.

I have a feeling that this car is going to be one of those "Fast-But-Ugly" kind of supercars, like the Gumpert Apollo or the Caparo T1. Still, i can't wait 'till 2010!

That´s the newest shot, that I found.

This car will be awesome.

Cheerz,

Taken from a very reputable website:

"Unfortunately we won’t know whether the GT concept will ever be more than just a show pony until the doors open in Paris, but rest assured that no matter what, you’ll all be afforded the chance to get behind the wheel of this car soon - the Citroen GT concept will become available as a downloadable car for Polyphony Digital’s Gran Turismo 5 Prologue once the Paris show ends. Nice."
