Rules
1) This racing league is open to all who can commit to a full season.
2) You may purchase or win as a prize any car on the following list for an entry. You may also form a team. A team may not be more then two drivers. A team should come up with a team name. A team may also hire a team engineer and inform BH-21 of it. A team must also pick a team leader to ask about being on pace with the leaders of the field.
Each driver may enter one car per division if they desire, a team may enter a total of four cars period, only one per division, divided between the two drivers of that team as they see fit. A single car may be used for both divisions, but care must be taken to keep the correct engine modifications in the correct division.
Team Engineer - a team engineer will advise a team on car setups, changes need for tracks, gearing and any and all technical information about the cars used and tracks they will go to.

3) Washing and oiling your car may be done freely. A refresher plan or stiffness are optional and may be purchased at a driver or racing teams discretion . Any tire set may be purchased and used also at the driver or racing teams discretion. Engine modifications should be purchased, using the proper type for that division. Cars may be tuned completely. Nitrous Oxide purchase and use is banned.
4) There will be two basic categories general where all entrants are recorded and division where only the cars in that division will be recorded, of those categories there will be individual and team subdivisions. The times will be compared in the general and division categories to determine the winners and points for each race. There will be a totallying of points for each race. at the end of the season the highest amount of points being the winner for the season in respective categories.
5) The season lasts 1 month, each driver and team has that amount of time to submit their times for each event. A driver or team can do the tracks as fast or as slow as they want and manage their time, but 1 month is all you get. Results will be posted for a race as soon as all entries are in for it. If the 1 month passes no further entries will be accepted and the results will be posted at a minimum of one track or event a per day until it is all complete.
6) All driving aids are at a driver or teams discretion.
7) To drive a course a driver will use the events/tracks listed in the Event Schedule. All laps must be A-Spec'ed during a race.
8) Times used will be a combined lap time that shows when you return to the main screen for that track, after a race, with a combined time for all the racers that finished the race.
9) That combined time is what a driver will private message to BH-21 and it will be compared to the other drivers and teams for each track.
10) All time submissions will be by Private Message to BH-21
11) Points will be awared at the following rates:

12) If a driver or team isn't able to post their times for a given track they will recieve a DNF for each track that is missed.
13) A solo driver or the head of a team may ask by PM if they are on pace or not with the leaders. I will reply with one of three responses, Yes, No, Not Enough Data and the number of entries submitted so far. This way you are not completely competing against an unknown target. This will be on a list of all tracks with the previously mentioned reponses for each track completed.

14) A race event should be driven in the spirit of a real race. You should keep two wheels on the track at all times. You should minimizing collisions with bot cars in a race, to preserve your car for the season and to avoid damage that would take a real car out of the race altogether.
