So many things are wrong with the claims in this screen shot
  • "System/360" was not an operating system, it was a complete family of computer components, including (but not limited to) processing units, storage devices, printers, card devices, communications equipment and software
  • There was more than one System/360 operating system
  • The operating system components of System/360 were never sold. They were bundled into the hardware sale
  • They were not created in 1964, that happened later
  • They were not IBM's first commercial operating systems
 
The Clutch on the Logitech g29 engages neutral and then a gear up will go up a gear above the last gear you were in.
eg: at launch
I’m in gear 1
i press the clutch it goes to neutral
i let go of clutch - nothing
i go up gear - gear 2

and things with the shifter are terrible also. if i change gear ‘too fast’ i’m left in neutral.
it’s very frustrating

it could be that i have a shifter attached too and it’s confusing the game but no other game i’ve played has this issue. also the lack of control i have over the inputs is surprising for a ‘driving sim’

This isn't a bug but rather poor programming.

When you go to view scapes or race photos and click on an image and then exit, you're put at the top of screen, forcing you to scroll down to where you were. This discourages me from viewing photos because it makes me work to get back to where I was.

This should be an easy fix for the programmers.

Even worse is when I view a friends race video and then exit. It puts me at the "home" screen. I have to then go find my friend profile again and find where I was before. It's frustrating.
 
So I experienced this weird glitch. I was racing my Chaparral VGT and the AI eventually "gave up" on racing and kept entering the pits like they were out of fuel or needed tires. Eventually, the same sort of happened to me, and I was limited to only 50 mph. I gave up about 3 laps later as I didn't want to do 105+ laps at 50 mph. Can anyone explain why this happened? Is the Chaparral VGT supposed to run out of "fuel" like this? By the way, I had fuel and tire wear settings disabled. You can see my fuel listed as full too.
 
I've been getting a weird one recently where the car audio is much quieter in the warm-up session before a race. The sector speeps are still the same volume however...

At least it's not a Scape shot of the Palace of Westminster from Westminster Bridge labelled as "Westminster Abbey". Which you can't see from Westminster Bridge, because the Palace of Westminster is in the way...
 
Found a bug preventing entry into FIA GT Manufacturer Series event:
Series 2017 - Test Season 4 - Round 1 (Suzuka / Gr.3)
There was 1:30 remaining in the entry period, I select entry (has a green checkmark) and received message "A network error occurred: you could not be entered into this event." So I exit and try entry again, received same error message. Repeated 3 times until entry period expired. Then when I go to enter the event, I am taken to Round 2 (Dragon Trail / Gr.4). Basically I was denied the opportunity to compete in Round 1. Definitely not a good thing. Polyphony please fix this immediately, please.
 
They broke driving school in New update. You have to beat your previous record to gain gold even if it's several seconds beyond what is needed. If your previous record holds eg silver but time faster then needed now for gold, you are out of luck, it will stay silver.
 
After the update this morning i found a bug.

In mission challenge mode Stage 6, challenge 3. It's the timed rally where you lose time when crashing into cars/walls etc although it now doesn't remove time from the timer making it easy to crash your way round to a gold.

does anyone have the bug where sport mode clean races wont update? ive had many many clean races and im stuck at 2.

You're probably making the same mistake as I did originally. It's not how many clean races you had overall, but how many clean races you have in a row that counts for the success (which makes it a whole lot more difficult to achieve).
 
After the new update, the Livery section has a bug where you can't choose to upload a decal after awhile. However, if you exit the livery and go back in, it works again.
 
Interesting bug in the FIA races:-

Went into the car settings just as the countdown for the final began. Once countdown ended the screen went black and started cycling through the grid with the names/times in the corner. Then my dashboard came up but no sound and still black screen. Was able to input/ drive but with no screen. Eventually I quit out but still...very odd.
 
using the g29 shifter with cars that support the clutch, whenever i start from stand still, from 1st gear to 2nd gear, by pushing in the clutch pedal all the way, it always put me into neutral instead of 2nd gear the first time. after that its fine. im sure its not hardware issue. i know others are experiencing this issue too. hope it will be fixed soon.
 
I beat the time for GOLD for Driving School #41 but it remains at silver. I would really really like to fix this as I can't get the PS4 trophy for "all gold" in driving school. Any suggestions?

Using the T3PA Pedals certain cars loose 100% Gas during lap sessions. The only way to get 100% again is to tap the Gas continuously to get it to work again. Seems like it stucks between 50% and 60%
 
I bought a Subaru last night with from the milage exchange and modified the livery to Rosso Corsa. Today the car is no where to be found in my garage and sadly isn't on sale any more either in the milage exchange. I even raced it so I know that a game save must have took place at some point? Any help getting the car back appreciated :)

I beat the time for GOLD for Driving School #41 but it remains at silver. I would really really like to fix this as I can't get the PS4 trophy for "all gold" in driving school. Any suggestions?

Some of the boundaries have been moved, so your previous best may now be gold rather than silver. Sadly, this means that in order to get the gold to drop, you need to beat the gold time and your previous best time in order to update it.

Some are impossible. I was battleling with a friend for better and better times. Now to set a time i have to be so much faster to get a time one the boards. Some of the times i spend hours on.. and now i just can't even come close to that times....
 
Livery bug on Cobra, after applied custom livery it still reflects car purchase color on windscreen, like on my video there's silver car which was red with white stripes from dealer and it shows those colors on widescreen.

Having dramas with what sounds like the car misfiring. Seems the traction control comes on because the indicator light flashes and at times will slow the car to a crawl. I turned the t/c off and it's not as bad but it will still break down near top revs. It did it two days ago when I was doing the Mission 8 series and made it very frustrating. It's a t300 with g29 pedals and it does not do it on GT6. I tried checking the cables but that didn't work so I'm stuck. Did a couple single races today after being on GT6 and it did it straight away.

Common thing on G2x series pedals, contact problems on throttle potentiometer, use i.e. Electronic cleaner (CRC/WD/etc) and it's fixed, or be lazy and use warranty replacement from Logitech customer service.

Can't copy that, I'm using G27 and it's working petty well, modded bit my clutch by restricting it travel distance to half.
Some low power cars in GTS has crazy limitation on shifting speed, but most not, i.e. Above video is driven with H-shifter and clutch, you can check shifting speed on there and I can't complain on it. Haven't had any mis shifts on Cobra (yet).

Came here to report exactly this. Other comments here seem to be similar but not quite the same (not any fault of their own, just havent experianced it themselves), but you have nailed it.

If it helps to clarify for other people, my exact situation is that PRE update, i had a challenge with a Gold target of 1.10.000 which i had almost beaten. I was currently silver at 1.10.168. Now POST update, the Gold target is 1.13.000 which i am easily within on every run despite a slightly nerfed car. Im still at silver, despite smashing the current Gold target repeated times (although not my own current record).

Thanks for that OdeFin, I pulled the pedals apart and found that last time I did it I somehow got the throttle wires caught under the assembly when I put it back together. They were squashed a bit so I straightened them up and wrapped them in tape and decided to pull the pedal apart and clean the potentiometer thinking this should fix it. I thought about doing the brake while I was there but it was getting late so I didn't worry about it.

Had a quick run to test it and yep, I had done it all for nix, it still did it but this time I saw the brake meter show red which it had not done before. So next day I pulled it all apart again and did the brakepedal and off course that was it. A lot of work for bugger all. I didn't know that contact cleaner can be used and after being a truck driver for 40 years I should have, so thanks for stirring my old brain up and I know what to do next time.
