I upgraded the car to N400

It's a bug for the current session. Exit the session, go to your garage and adjust the car there. Start a new session and the time will be saved for the N400 category. I found this out a while ago while playing around with the Corvette using ZR1 weight/bhp.

BOP is causing problems with tuning the Toyota TS050, at least in qualifying for daily races, power ratio is shown as 102% when you enter, but when in the tuning menu it is shown as 100%. When you try to leave the tuning menu, the game tells you that there is a Regulation Violation and won't let you save changes.

This means to tune the Toyota you have to go to the home garage, which is a right pain!

The hazard lights of the Ferrari 250GTO aren't working.

Also, an older bug in Scapes. With some cars, if you turn on the lights, the hazard lights will also turn on even if they weren't turned on.

In the Lamborghini Countach, at night, the light for the gauges is not working .

I came here looking for this. You cant change anything on it...well at least i cant. Even a brake balance change in that menu comes up as regulation violation...seems odd

Hello, I’m having a really weird problem that has never happened to me before on any game, it’s driving me crazy. Bear with me:

1. Whenever I’m on my wifi or cable out of 10 sport mode races i can only get into 2 maybe? Other times I get stuck on “preparing to match. Please wait” when qualifying and the timer hits 00:00.
2. It works just fine IF im connected to my phones hotspot. When the timer hits 00:00 i wait 15-30 secs and i get into the match.
3. Lobbies work fine on both my wifi , lan cable, hotspot , whatever. The problem lies in sport mode.
4. All other psn games work just fine for me, i never get any connection problems.

What do i do? I really want to play GTS, pretty much bought a ps4 just for it, but i dont want to constantly switch my network settings from wifi to hotspot.

Could having a different region account than my ip is affect this? Im from Lithuania but had to register as UK because my country is not supported in psn. But even then - my hotspot works just fine.

Edit: my internet is good, fast, dont have any connection problems on pc, xbox or ps4 ever, apart from this one Gran Turismo game mode.....

Circuit experince has some kind of bug? In 1-lap experince GTS does't accept better times ?

Not sure if its a bug or not but running a 24h custom race and had a huge accident, cut corners to get to pits and wouldn't let me in.

Please report all bugs & issues you find in the Demo & the full game here. Also, try to be as thorough as possible when reporting, & include as much information as you can. If we collate everything into one thread, then we can make PD's job easier to identify & fix any issues that have slipped through the net

Bug in Leaderboards for Driving School (possibly Missions ans CE as well)

With the latest update (1.24) PD introduced at least one new bug to the game, this one in the Leaderboards for Driving School and probably also in Missions and Circuit Experience.

Let me tell you how it affected me first:

In DS #8 my Record sits at 13.074s, a time that seems not feasible anymore, at least World Ranking suggests that. After the patch was installed today i tried again with DS4 and drove a crappy 13.6xx, so i exited the game to connect my Wheel and tried again. Back at DS #8 i saw the 13.6xx on the Friends Ranking, so i was happy that PD had changed something to make it possible to get on the Board again. I was so wrong. First try with Wheel was a 13.180, faster than my Board time, but slower than the record. The time was not registered on the Friends Ranking!

I assume the new logic with Leaderboards is the following:

If there is no time on the Board, take either the first time or the best from this Session, if there is a time on the Board, compare against the record time again, as before the change (i assume in patch 1.24).

I suggest PD deletes the record times (or compares against the time on the board!), so the boards can be filled properly again!

They have fixed it to register new times now even if they do not beat your old PB time from previous rankings, BUT, they've also broken it again at the same time because it seems that only your very first registered time will count as all subsequently faster times DO NOT REGISTER.

Good job PD.

The glitch where unless the time set before the tire model update is beaten in Circuit Experience is beaten, the time will not register on the leaderboards has only been partially fixed. After some attempts the times will no longer register.


I had to beat my time from before the update, thus getting a world record just to have the time register at all.

in the circuit experience now,it will post first run with the time in the rankings even tho is not faster then the one from before the update.but when you want to improve on second third run amd so on. the first time is not overwritten.even is faster by way more .

What is the proper way to report an issue to Polyphony? All of my cars are still gone even after this 1.25 update. Yes, it's just a game but that's at least 200+ days of grinding gone. I definitely didn't delete anything.

There is no proper way to contact PD. They have never set anything like that up for GT Sport. They don't seem to care very much that you & many other people have lost all their cars, & if they did surely they would've implemented some way to contact them to resolve issues like this. PD gets 0/10 for customer service imo. Yes, they may be aware of this thread, the problem. & might be working on a fix; but that doesn't help you at all at the moment.

Had a strange one at St Croix circuit experience, sector 4 - I had no control of the car, which accelerated faster and faster until it hit the barrier at T1. The car spun, and then proceeded to auto drive at full speed the wrong way round the track!

I couldn't exit, none of the buttons worked at all, and I had to turn the PS4 off by the on/off switch....

I crash on the hit, Ce348780, deleted all and reloaded a dozen times, bought a newer copy, new ps4 and still nothing yet. Probably because i know of at least 2 others with the same problem and sure there are other. Even if it does load in time for the last race, with all thats happened, My ghost ship is finally sunk!

Ok I just loaded the game, my garage is down to 8 cars (pre-order DLC)? I tried loading my PS+ Online Save but nothing changes, it's from 7/30, which is when the July content update was released. However, I see a mini-update was released during August. (1.24)

PS Support: So I wasted my time with Playstation support, reinstalling the game, rebuilding the database, and same thing. Garage is gone. I asked about replenishing amount so I can re-purchase cars, nope, that's not something they can do. I asked to escalate further, nope, he was already the escalation (manager at this point). I work in I.T., there is always an escalation point, but I guess not for Playstation support. I said if they could send my case internally to some representative at Polyphony Digital, nope.

I checked the information tab on my last save and it clearly shows "Current Car: Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV GSR '96". When I load the game, nothing, only the 8 pre-order cars are in there.

Offline: If I play the game offline, all my cars are there (141), as soon as I click Reconnect, it connects to GT servers and it overwrites what I have and all my cars are gone. So the issue is on the GT server side, which they need to fix and also brings to question what is the point of our saves then?

So I don't know what's going on. The 1.24 update messed something up. I sent a tweet to Kaz, official Gran Turismo, PS support and Shawn Layden but I doubt anything will be done.

I find it frustrating they are allowed to send patches/updates out and no recourse whatsoever when game progress is erased on their behalf. Playstation support final statement, "just wait for the next update, I am sure they are aware of your issue". 👎

Issue still exists in the new patch, clearly nothing was fixed bug-wise. Garage still empty. Still have my save data from 7/30 saved, but the issue lies with the data on PD's servers.

I've had this issue on other games, namely Burnout paradise city and GTA but not yet GT Sport so that may not be a GT Sport one.

Anyone having issues Matchmaking in Sport mode? Every time I try to boot up a race It hangs on the Preparing to Match, Please Wait. Stops you from exiting out Practicing and the only way to get back to the main Menu is to quit the game Had It twice now and Can't start a race.

Was never gone..... Since launch you have "stuck on grid bug" "drivers that doesn't see others on track and lobby" and "autopilot that keep active in launched starts"...

I stopped to race in racing leagues due all those issues, and even good organizations websites i know that doesn't want to organize nothing due the problems...

10 months since launch .. And 0 fixes....

So update,
my friend from the east coast had this happen, another on the west coast. I per Sony deleted the game from my system to reinstall, same result. Then got a new physical copy of the game, same procedure , same result. I had even been deleting the plus online storage file and quik initialization of the ps4, but the same. We went as far as buying a brand new 1tb model ps4 and with the new physical copy we got the same result.

So now what?

I encountered a bug last night...

While doing the new circuit experience, when trying to redo the sector from the result screen, it freezes during the autodrive on the redo. It happened twice on sector 2 and once on sector 4. I noticed that the video on the result screen is blank also.

It also crashed on me just as I crossed the finish line on the one lap sector.

I hope they can get this fixed.

Why they still don't fix Bugatti Veyron 16.4 engine cover look ? Does it have something to do with license or graphical performance issue ? When you pause the game it looks exactly as it should, there is also exhaust cover and this element can't remember it's name under the spoiler when the it raises up.

I don't actually know if this is a bug or not but today and yesterday i had this bug were everyone is stoped at the grind on the daily races and the FIA championship i don't think this is normal did anyone else experienced this?

Every time i enter track i need to set the degree of rotation from 900 to 1080°. Every time! Since release you have to set it manually on start of every race or when enter track. This sucks so hard.
DAMN PD FIX IT!!!
