It's not necessarily depending on age - might be just a hormone thing as well.
My ex wife also had 'dry eyes' at the age of thirty, she needed eye drops a couple of times a day.
It's little cracks on the cornea ( ? ) that hurt when the eye moves.
What helped her in the end was a laser surgery.
All the best to you 'dry-eye-guys'.

Hi @Daduce1947 let me share my experience with dry eyes. I had a tumor in the facial nerve (tri something) so i had to cut it off. As a result, my right side does not work as it should. My right eye does not close ever. That was back in 89. By that time i did quit playing video games. The concentration it needs is too much for the eye. When I Was intoduced to GT6 i though i would not be able to play but i did insist and setup my game room in the tv room facing 55' tv from 1.5m. What I found is that the big screen makes me look all around moving my eyes at different spots on the screen all the time different then the note book screen that makes me fix the vision in a small spot and not moving my eyes. As a result i can play for longer periods with no hurt at all. i found that accidentally. Of course between the races i use lots of lubricants in my eyes.

Thought of that too. You can move away from a big screen as well 👍.

I also had problems with dry eyes since GT4, to remedy often use the "ocular bath" (hyaluronic acid, chamomile and blueberry) that is applied with a tray in adherence to the eye to be able to move it in the liquid for 30 seconds . It works well enough, but everyone has his case.

I have a PS4 pro with 32 HDready ... :embarrassed:

Today i had a terrible day. The flight from SFO to Atlanta deleyed so I missed my connection to Rio. We arrived 2 am in Atlanta and all hotels were completely taken. Delta didnt move a thing to help. Had to spend the night in the airport and the flight will depart tonighy by 11PM. I had to complain on facebook to get my trip schedule for today, they only had sits for me on friday. From now on I'll avoid companies that doesnot care for customers.

The Saturday Geezer race will use the Ferrari 458 Italia group 4 car with race soft tires. No tuning, BOP on. Tracks will be Yamagiwa reverse, Monza no chicane, Alcace, Dragon Trail, Nurb GP. This is the only Geezer event that we have a 60 or older requirement to join. All other races are open to friends of Geezers.

Thank you Luiz for that tip and Ohh my, I truely feel bad for the problems you have with your right eye,, my problem is miniscule compared to yours,, an eye never closing must be most uncomfortable and was very hard to get used to. We look forward to your return to the Geezer racing bud

Gents, I have to apologize for dropping out of our Geezer races,, it seems I can run the daily TT's with no eye irritation - most likely because I can stop at any point in the lap and rest the 'ol eyes,, but to run multiple laps makes the 'ol eyes burn like the dickens causing me to bail out. Really thought that if I sit and watch until the final high speed race I could make it,, but alas the same,, had to drop out after only a few laps. I appreciate all the thoughts other Geezers have shared with me as ideas that may help but haven't found anything so far that helps. Yes indeed I've seen an opthimologist (sp) and have asked my optomitrist(sp) but they've found no eye disease or reason for the burning. I'll admit I really have a sleep disorder, can't sleep worth a damn - usually only 1 and a half to 2 hours at a time which very likely is the root cause of my eye issues. I'm working on that one. Anyway, if you see 'ol duce drop out it's for certain NO FAULT of anything on the track,, it's the eye burning. I'm NOT going to quit racing with my good friends in the Geezer club,, NOT NEVER! (that's sum good english eh),, Looking forward to the next races and will try snd grab a short nap before we hop in, buckle up and get it on!!
Duce I use a projector now, I find it much easier on the eyes. My eye got quite sore before when I used a 32".

I like to apologize for acting like a cry baby this morning. and to Reda after watching the replay, it just wasn't you who was involved. Sorry Mate! Reda maybe get a new headset and a working mic. lol. I'll bite my lip the next time and take the 5 minutes to cool down. It's only a game. Thanks Gary
Well done Gary,, we've all experienced those same frustrations :banghead: while we play this game our friend so we can for sure relate. We sometimes get so caught up in the competition :mischievous: we forget - it ain't real and there's absolutely no impact in our REAL LIFE existance ;),, yes indeed,, it IS after all only a game and should be a fun way to waste away some time :). By posting your thoughts, you've said volumes about your character,, this is why our Geezer Club is a group of "Good Guys" and we applaud you partner. 👍👍

I appreciate your apologies to Reda.
It's never nice to offend people, but while we're playing it's even worse.
Among the other in that corner I hit you and, while considering it a normal race accident, I waited for you and let it pass

Nope. :indiff: It's about an 8 hour drive to Peterborough for me.
