Saw the Newcastle United one as a bit of a challenge to get it down to a single decal .

There you go, for the bottom line i had to use a similar font because couldn´t find lemon for free.

Initially, the bottom text didn’t work because the file size was 21kb so I threw the logo in SVGOMG and it’s working fine now, so nothing to worry about.

A manual hand trace (3 or 4 hours) is one way of getting it under 15kb.
This is not exactly the same as your picture but it might do.

I couldn’t test them yet so hopefully they work.
For the second image, it will be with plain white letters, not with the gradiented line in the center.

If someone could knock one up that would be great.
Ditto for the Serbian flag, and Montenegrin flag.

These really are not the type of decals that can be "knocked up" . A huge amount of detail would be lost trying to scan them and hard to get under the 15kb limit. Spending hours of hand tracing and cloning sections did allow me to get the Serbian flag done. Not really interested in spending that much time on the others at this stage.
