GT5/6 were the same. I find it almost impossible to drive at night in GT. The headlights are clearly not powerful enough. I cannot understand why PD do this?

In your opinion, what game has the most apropriate headlights to allow you a good night racing?

Its beautiful! It has only ONE car though... and very narrow space beyond actual track. I'm kinda sure that even pCARS could have that with only one car on track, GT or Forza might even make it with 3 or 4 - but i would very much hate that!

Tokyo Games Show is usually presented in Japanese, if I remember correctly? Not ideal for your big marketing push when most of your sales are in Europe and North America. Every time a GT game is upon us, people always anticipate some sort of big news from TGS. From what I can remember, it doesn't happen.

And ? News can be translated in official site.

You asked which game did it best in peoples opinon, I'm sure you could keep moving the goalposts until you get the answer you desire. And you REALLY need to STOP capitalising CERTAIN words in your replies. It makes you look like you are SHOUTING at people you reply to which is rude and condescending.

A quick side-by-side comparison I made of GT Sport's Nürburgring at night and the real thing.

Not sure what's going on with the illumination - can't tell whether the brights are on, or if it's just a shortcoming of the game. I've seen much brighter headlights in GTS demos.

Everything else in motion looks spot on though - Can't wait to get on Nurburgring at night!

I keep my excpectations low with the rain - I think it'll be almost the same as GT6 or maybe GT5. Remember, this is a 60fps game.

Forza 6 did a pretty good job with the rain effects, I guess PD won't keep up with it.

Fair point, 30FPS really helped DC... Super interested to see how PD do rain.

Very impressed recently with how Forza 7 is doing weather (thx to a tip from @PzR Slim ). I wonder if they can match that...

tbh GT6 did a pretty good job with front light illumination even on objects such as sidewalls or boards, the downside was it was only seen on your car and the AI were completely dark only with headlights on. As for GT sport it seems less clear on the front light illumination but this might be because of the target of getting 60 fps? (perhaps they have not shown bright illumination yet??)

Why is it that whenever I see GT6 gameplay on YouTube, it looks 7 years older than it actually is?

It been 4 year that GT6 come out on the PS3. If you guy expecting good graphics compare to next gen console like the PS4 or Xbox. If you guy want old graphic almost look like to ps2 I think GT5, it look like age very bad. lol

I was just saying that on YouTube, the game looks far blurrier than it does on my living room T.V. Even at 1080p in the video, he game looks worse than on a 1080i screen.

The video seems heavily compressed and who knows what capture source he used to capture this gameplay, when you play it yourself it does not look as awful as it turn out to be in youtube but the sounds  that is another story.

You know, as inaccurate the sound son GT used to be, most of them never really bothered me. I can only think of one car that actually REALLY bothered me, that being the sound of the Autozam AZ-1. Sounded awful to me. Other than that, there were a few others that didn't sound that great to me like the RAM or the older, more powerful Ferraris but other than those, never minded the engine sounds.
