Are you comparing like with like? There were two of them in GT6 - Standard and Fan Car. The Standard has ~800hp and it's the one that's now in GT Sport. The Fan Car had ~1,200hp.

And then there was the X2011 Prototype, with over 1,500hp.

Yes i know, i will gonna try the same one in GT6 later today and then i will tell you. It's been a while since the last i played with that car, maybe my feeling about that car is wrong.

Oh great the update broke my game. The game does not show but only plays the menu music one black screen.

Edit: Nevermind it just showed up :D

Yeah it handles like crap with the stock setup. And I was always lead to believe that BMW's were the ultimate driving machine.
Oh really, I have driven my friends E30 M3 and my brother had a E30 325i I rememebr smiling ear to ear as they swolllowed country roads, and the M3 did like to Rev up easliy to the red line well that is a disapointment.

Server has just gone kaput for me too. Oh well, I'll use the downtime to list my thoughts on the update:

Hooray for Super GT cars!!! Personally I liked the older low and wide styled cars more than these new boxier and taller DTM style cars, but it will be interesting to try them out. Kinda hoped the LC500 would be there instead of the RCF, but I understand why they went for all 2016 cars. I hope older JGTC cars will come back someday. Also, I was so confused what the differences was between the 2 driver livery choices, as even the names above the doors are the same  Someone posted a while back the different coloured lights on the windscreen - now I know 👍

Love the RB Standard (best money grinder in GT6), but I always felt the RB Junior is too underpowered for its grip level. RB Fan Car would've been interesting to try with GTS physics and to compare against SRT Tomahawk (which is so much harder to drive now without Active Steering). But I agree with bringing the Standard and Junior first as they are more useful in races.

DB11 is ok, would've preferred the Vanquish personally or even Valkyrie. So many colour choices though - I wished PD would allow us to mix and match exterior and interior colours. I was going for Diavolo Red but can't stand that ghastly red interior :yuck: so went for Cinnabar Orange instead.

M3 Sport Evo is a nice surprise. Not that big a fan myself (always preferred the Merc 190E Evo II), but I guess peer pressure is too much for PD :P

GT40 Mk I - surprised they went for this instead of the Mk IV to complement the 300 and XJ13 already in game, but my wallet thanks you PD. SEMA Mustang is cool as well.

Emil Frey RCF, would be interesting to compare with the Proto version. Classic PD duping strategy though.

FC RX7 - I can't believe PD is still going for the slower GTX version instead of the INFINI III *facepalm*

GT-R Nismo *sigh* another GT-R. At least this one's the fastest version. R33 though is nice to have 👍 Always the most forgotten and unloved amongst the R32/33/34 trio IMO.

Took me just under 10 million to buy all of them. At this rate I will never be able to afford the 330/XJ13 lol.

Disappointed with Tsukuba. Not my favourite after its overuse in numerous Seasonals in GT5/6. I know it's Best Motoring hallowed ground but I would've preferred Maze or Gunsai. Textures are upgraded so at least it looks nice. Also it seems going wide at the last corner isn't the fastest anymore due to the roughened green kerb run off.

I'm also getting the bug with race rewards SFX not being played.

New GT League events always nice to break up the monotony of BMB grinding.

Love the sakura scapes. We've had Red Leaves, Snow and Spring. I bet next one will be related to Summer ;)

This particular penalty update is a bit weird :odd: I really hope something has been lost in translation because it just doesn't make sense.
- In a collision between two cars, the car behind will no longer receive a more severe penalty;

Finally, happy for Fanatec users that they can now use their wheels without workarounds. Hopefully this means future Fanatecs will also be supported (Podium ). I know what I'm getting when my T-GT inevitably dies.

This is a bug. There is no other sounds than the engine sound. I had this bug too. I noticed it when I started to drift with the FC. So I think there should be a transmission whine.:)
Oh ok
Thank you for the info

My Thrustmaster T150 does not appear to have any issues.

Only ran a couple of laps, but I gotta take off now. I ran at Interlagos and noticed I was 5 seconds faster than Gr3, and I don't consider those the cleanest laps. Think I could have gotten a little more

Okay, but is it fun to drive? Well, I mean it is been said M3 is pinnacle of drivers car so did PD doing it right?

To be honest though, it's frustrating to drive to say the least. I keep spinning out of corner with the slightest touch of throttle on stock setup.
