i am not the fastest,but often fast enough...:)

Your fast im not gonna lie, but many better drivers around to be fair we are pretty even me n you but you had more practise [alot more].

the 111R is a dream!!... anyone know what the starting price is on these in England?... not positive we have the 111R in Canada, although we do sell the Exige, so maybe it is...i'll check out World Fine Cars.com

I drive past the Lotus show room every day, I havent seen a 111r in there though, and Exige is about 30 ish i think, TBH i have never payed much attention (way out of my price range!)

Ill take a closer look tonight and get back to you :D

just wondering about something that i guess is directed at most of you faster people, are you consistent in your laps? or do you just go all out and just keep doing it until you get it right? *crash ever 2 or 3 laps etc*

i was wondering as i was following p1 ghost yesterday and before i knew it was at 40 laps didn't even crash, bang a wall or anything. i occasionally miss shifted but nothing else.

i used to play LFS alot and the people that set the fastest times on that just used to go all out, if they crashed they just restarted and tried again
 
i always go all out for 10 to 15 minutes or so ...mostly very consistent laps a few tents of my quickest lap...if after this time the"super" lap didn't arrive,i try lateron or next day...
if i would do like the 40 laps you say Chris i will not enjoy it anymore...i do this for fun,if the lap doesn't come soon i loose interest and will do something else....



i lost the will for this race a bit,but will have one more go tomorrow or friday....depends on how i feel really...

my laps also aren't very consistent in time trial, specially when i am behind, than i'm all over the place. yesterday i did about 50 laps and didnt even get close to my last record, so i was like f this, i give up spyrrari. lol... so when does next season start? also how do the points add up? thanx!
 
I know i aint the fastest but i do 20 mins ish (have a fag break and watch my replay while im smoking to see where i am going wrong then attack it again, But most of the time if the record is set at 1:20 say I can constantly do 1:22 is with no issue, but when i try and push it "Driving on the edge" it tends to be only every 2-3 laps nice and smooth then ill get a slide/Crash/off track loose some time.

I know i am more consistant the most of the people i have raced against online as I took an under powered car out for a race (Audi R8) and ended up racing a few GT40's, every single corner the 40's were all over the shop, on and off the track where as my r8 flew round the corners and was away (until the 40's came behind me and rammed me)

Chris, Would you be interested in a final Race, get the people from your League and arrange a little meet online say 5-10 laps of a track with a nice car, (GTP Race Rules apply)
 
indeed, tricky combo, was happy with my lap although with a more accurate last sector i reckon a .5 is just possible
 
Very good lap spyrrari and dan, ive kinda lost intrest as its not as big as the iftc, which i just kept trying and trying and trying until i was happy with my lap but i will try again tomorrow to see if i can improve.
 
I'll be back on Tuesday. I won't get to run this one. When does the next season start? Can't wait:D
 
back in P1 earlier today with a solid .634 lap, nothing insane anywhere in the lap, but consistent none the less

lol this car is driving me nuts!!! i was doing well early on, hiting many low 22.0xx in the first sector but messing up the rest of the lap, then trying to hard i did a invlid 1'17.669 lap, dont know if i can beat that time with a clean lap by today.

1'17.747 lol u got me, my 1'17.669 time was only just invalid just a small tap on the wall but i guess rules are rules.
