I can't believe I ruined my first race...if i'm gonna sit in a dark corner crying in shame of how terrible I did and how useless I was. I want to forget this race asap.

congratz to the class winners. Hopefully you guys can win the others too.

Nah the rain was kinda hectic and we had a bad system. I'm gonna message you about it. I'm already talking to @JRDGM1993 about what we can do.

Here's the thing okay: reason why i messed up my race is because I didn't refuel in my first stop because your first stop had to be tire change only, so I did, but then I saw I wouldn't have enough fuel for my 2nd and wouldn't reach the time limit, so because of that I ran out of fuel and had to limp my way back to the pits!

But it could have been worse, Fred. Meaning, PS3 turning off in a middle of the race....

Eh....
GTWWT Complete Rules, Sanctioning and Regulations:

7.B - A driver’s first pit-stop must be a Tire Change ONLY.
does this still apply even if you are in the refuel window when going for your first stop? (i.e. you have driven for more than 20 minutes when doing your first stop)? If so, I believe pretty much everyone violated that rule.

6.a - During yellow flags drivers must catch up to the car in front of them. Once the drivers are behind the lead car, a driver must reduce speed to 75-85 MPH/121-136 KM/H and refrain from overtaking. Drivers are to stay one car length away from the car in front of them at all times.
the overtaking part was violated by Manasseh, probably alot more that I did'nt see.
the 1 car length was violated by EVERYONE in the first yellow.

Drivers who are lapped may proceed on with their racing if there is a “YellowHD”

That should've been a universal rule but you lapped me during the rain. It was green during the second sector.

Plus everyone took off after the finish line after I said green sector 2.

We're doing revisions as it's not smart for someone who's racing to call a race really..

And what about my first question?

My mistake, no it does not. Only if you are pitting in the first window. I'm revising it now. A lot of confusion was caused from that.

But as long as you refueled after 20 minutes you're good.

And exactly that costed my race... because I had in mind that after you made your first stop, you had to wait like 20 min after your first stop to refuel again..

Well, I have gotten damage, so, I had to pit twice because of that, but I did not refuel my Deltawing.

Is there a chance of Rain for Spa?

Alright, that was what caught @Freddude out.
Thanks for the clarification.

Yeah that was terrible of me to not revise it. Since this race went so bad (To me at least) There will not be a success ballast this race. Spa we will start fresh.

Unless y'all want to do a success ballast this race.

Well, I don't know if we should scrap the Success Ballast for Spa. I wanted the race to be fair and racing with Deltawing with 585 kg in Spa would be unfair in my opinion.

I'll add ballast to my car regardless.

lool, so you tried to do 40 minutes on one tank of fuel? :P No wonder you ran out of fuel!

Revisions So far:

7.a - The First Time Pit window is Tire Change ONLY. Any driver who fails to wait the duration ASIDE from damage will obtain a penalty.

7.ab - The second Time pit window is Tire Change AND Fuel Replenishing Any driver who is found refueling before this pit window will obtain a penalty.

Rule 6.B Has been removed

6.D - If a track’s surface rain is rising quickly, A steward must call a yellow flag. “Yellow/R” which stands for Yellow flag, rain caution. Flag will go green once every driver gets back to the pits to change tires accordingly. and is back on the track. Everyone is to reduce speed until the flag is green. THIS RULE IS UNDER REVISION

6.c - Drivers who are lapped may proceed on with their racing if there is a yellow flag

Again, sorry guys for all the confusion. First race didn't go that bad, just some of the race control procedures weren't as neat and tidy as I thought. I need to face facts and accept that I need help. I need AT LEAST 1 watch race steward to watch over the race and call flags and control the race.

Well I'm pretty happy to have come out on top during this hectic race! I was aiming for a victory in P2 but I wasn't expecting to be up ahead of some P1 cars by the end. From my end, the race was about as uneventful as it could get, which is to say it was insanely exiting. After the first two YellowHDs I completely changed my strategy and ended up running 9 laps on RS tires. After that, I made a pitstop for fuel only to come out and see the surface water start to rise. 1 lap later I pitted for wets and stayed there until the final 10 mins where I strapped on some mediums and went for it. All in all, Silverstone continues to be a strong track for me and I'm hoping I can carry my momentum into Round 2 at Spa!

Yeah sorry about the disorganization of race flags. Everything was alright up until the rain really.. We'll get it sorted out by Spa.

Also, you're in the stewards Discussion.

Had a dumb moment. Forgot you replied to it.

I thought that Freddude pressed start and i did know why, I was wondering how i will Qualy because i did not have time to practice for Spa.

ROUND 2 SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS

Spa Brochure.jpg

@TRL_Andromeda takes the overall win at Silverstone and takes the win for the P1 Class.
@FutureF1 won for the P2 Class and @Isho won for the GTE Class.

Can they keep up this momentum at Spa?

We'll see. We have Qualifying November 2nd and 3rd. We race the 8th.

Not a big chance of rain so we should have dry conditions all week.

Hope to see some familiar faces ;)
