GT3 ISCC Week Three: The Streets of Tokyo

Wow Tank, Side by side. You must have the Evo with the longer nose section, LOL.

*looks left* Hey, is that my paint you your car?!?! *swaps insurance info with Tank* Hehe.

Good to know that I can keep up with most of you guys. This is some damn good racing. I think that half the fun is tuning and building the car. There is alot that goes into automobile and component selection. The damn American cars seem to have alot of bang for the buck. But they are so damned ugly to me.

Does Canada have any manufacturers?

Gave it a go in STC

37.9 / 1'22.7

I saw a 37.5 once, and I'd guess that a 37.0 isn't out of the question ... just a matter of patience. How many times do you want to run the first section over and over trying to thread the needle through the double left  Plenty left in it though.

Then again, maybe my setup's not so good. My Evo could really use a better suspension ... too much weight transfer at the moment.

I'm submitting both my times now, in preparation for GT4 tomorrow!!! :D

well as GT4 is ages away for me, i will be making the full use of the allocated week. Luxy you will be beatin this week :P

wow!! tank and mojo are super close!!! thats awesome. time for me to work on my classes now that im home again.

Hi all, Good times guys (I hate you Luxy, LOL. you're super fast) I did manage to get in the high 40s in B4C, but haven't been able to play yesterday. Maybe tonight I'll put in some laps. I can't remember my T times and I'm not near my PS2, so maybe after I get back from turning wrenches today, I'll put those up and start my futile attempt at catching Luxy and trying to pass Tank. hehe. 👍

WRS 105 held at the same venue, watch out for my spoon :).

Will try to get some times up soon. get a decent run in STA and b4C and even STC, but mainly STA

And its a....R34 V Spec Skyline?! Oh yeah :D :) :sly:

Sweet!!! I got one made up also, but she doesn't do the lap times that some of the other cars do at this level of tune.

What can yours do? I'll try and remember to get some T times for mine and post my setup.

Sorry for not posting recently. I got GT4 and I told myself I'd still drive in the ISSC once it came out....I got addicted. :dunce:

I did the same thing

anyways - this challenge is closed
only have 1 result pm'd to me, and it's from last sunday or something like that

might have to just postpone week 4 for now,

Oh damn, it's Saterday already! It's like waking up late after your alarm didn't go off. What a bummer. I can't wait until ISCC starts for GT4. I will definetly drive. I did hate the Tokyo course, but this race actually made me see how complex the simple layout is. I have a new appreciation for the tracks that I used to hate. (Seattle :ouch: )

Thanks Tank and crew. You guys Rawk. So, Rawk on. I can't wiat to see you fellows on the Nurburghring. (as I look over my white knuckled grip on the wheel and the hood of my 500 Hp beast, trying to remember which way this next blind corner goes :scared: ...pure heaven)

hehe, thanks
it'll be a couple weeks before we likely get going again in GT4. I think we can probably call the GT3 ISCC finished for now. I certainly don't see myself putting the GT3 disc back in, so I wouldnt expect others to do so either.
We'll be back in a few weeks in the Long Race Series Forum, after the PAL release, and after we've found a way to try and balance the series in 'GT4 land'

no results thread this week - it'd be too short
final results at The ISCC Leaderboard

Sorry I didn't compete this week, guys. Just like you said, I couldn't bare to put any other disc that wasn't GT4 into the PS2, since the day I got it. It's just too addictive :D
I will most likely rejoin the races when GT4 ISCC starts 👍

The Wizard.

heh, same here. i only have gotten 1 lap time from someone other than i.
i cant wait for GT4 ISCC!! i think we should have one stock class, where you just take arcade cars around that track with whatever tire type you allow.
