So that you would buy a playstation 2 and, hopefully, more games. Sony make a loss on every PS2 sold, or they used to, so they make their money from games. If they made it for the PC, I wouldn't have bought a PS2.

kazunori says "you give hundred dollars to buy graphic cards but you dont think buying ps2 near same price"
i thought about that and bought a ps2 instead of fx5900 becouse i want gt so no ned to think about a pc version of gt 👍

I recently hooked up a ATI TV WONDER VE and then hooked my playstation to it so then I can play GT3 - be on GTP - talk on MSN/AIM - and save space on my desk. Its pretty good when your in one area 90% of your day,..

I bought my Ps2 awhile after gt3 came out, and bought it as a greatest hits game. As siad above, sony makes their money on games, and wanted to make a game exclusive to their own console thus gaining money from game sales and people who buy the consloe just for the game. Also, console gaming is more conveniant and accessible to people with no computers, or even slow computers. Millions of people bought the Ps2, which is in effect a stipped down gaming computer, while far less have computers capable of properly playing such graphically intesive games. And last, Sony has much more experience with the PS2 than PC's because sony specifically designed the PS2.

Shut up, I will bet you my computer is worst! Compare my PC stats to pc these days, and you will see the big difference.

AMD Athlon(tm) Processor
555 MHz
528 MB of RAM

Aside from that I always have alot of things running so it always slow my piece of **** down.

I really dislike my PC. I wish it would die and rot in hell.
