It happens I'm a bit late for the Arcade Time Trial Challenge, so I'm making my own GT4 competition for who still plays GT4 (like me, since my PS3 blew up so I had to undust my PS2 and get going on GT4)
Basic rules:
1. All times must be done in GT Mode > Free Run.
2. Only the specified car and track please.
3. No cheating. This includes but doesn't limit to: cutting corners, contacts with walls (visible or invisible), racing on Arcade Mode, and using cheat devices to gain an unfair advantage (Gamesharked saves with all cars in garage are OK, but Hybrids are not. For more info on Hybrids see the Hybriding section).
4. I will ask for a verification if your time is highly unbelievable. Youtube videos are OK, but a Maxdrive save would be better.
5. If you refuse to provide proof when asked, you will be disqualified from the round and banned from taking part on this competition (don't even try to put your times here if you're banned from the competition, I will just ignore your posts). For how long you will be banned, that is for me to decide and you to find out. It could be only a few rounds, or even forever.
6. You can tune your car as much as you want, but there is only one restriction: Stage 4 or higher turbo kits are not allowed (that means most Group C cars need to be stock power-wise). This is to give everyone a fair game.
7. If you ever took part on the Arcade Challenge, you should be familiar with the Bonus Car system they had. I will use a similar system. The bonus varies on a round-per-round basis.
8. You're not allowed to take part in this competition if you're somehow unable to have fun. Please stop reading here if this is the case.
REMEMBER: HAVE FUN!!!
Andy.
