I was thinking of a VW Beetle RSi for number 1. I don't know about the RS4 I only used it in arcade mode stock. and MiniCooper120 is correct.

Wrong. And the answer for #8 is any convertible car. Most noticable in the Shelby/AC Cobra or Alfa Romeo Duetto.

What's the formula? 25%? I noticed my Honda CRX 1.5 I bought was $4,444 then when I tried to sell it it said $1,111. Also the 4.5 mill cars get sold for 956g's.(estimate.) I don't get it. Also I bought it for $212,000 with mileage. Now to figure out how much it is without mileage. My brain hurts.

Not quite, but I'll give you three hints:

1) Its a good deal less than $1 million.

2) Polyphony's depreciation formula isn't simply a single % for all used cars. They actually did put some thought into it.

3) Mileage plays a key role.

They are excluded based on the first part of the question:

What is the most expensive car that can only be acquired in used condition

As I mentioned before, TuneRVisioN already posted the answer to the first part of the question: The Aston Martin V8 Vantage.

What has not yet been answered though, and which is the more dificult part of the question (as there is no database that I know of that would have this information), is what would it sell for new in the game based on PD's depreciation formula.

I've also posted some hints that should help reveal the answer.

Correct. The LM race cars usually can get Wings and Rims. You know with the blue and red rectangles next to thier name. And 787B has NA stock now. (used to have turbo.) I don't know the answer to the other one.
