Indeed, at 1792ci, that's approx 29370cc for all of us metrics, it will beat the Cadillac Sixteen with a very good margin. Shouldn't forget it has twice the torque too, and it has a six-speed auto instead of a four-speed.
Too bad it's sheer mass will seriously hamper it's performance, the engine alone (with no fluids) weighs the same as an average Japanese hatchback.
It'll be an exciting drive, though.

Yeah, true the RX-8 has 175bhp/l and the tuned ones (like the RX-7 RZ) have almost 230Bhp/l
But the fact is they're rotary engined cars therefore they don't really count. I think
Dev_zero was implying the traditioanl piston-engined sense.
I think Skylines like the R34 GT-R V-spec 2 have about 130hp/l (even though they're only supposed to have 105)
But furthermore, what about the old style F1 cars? A world of their own i know, but some of those managed a whopping 520hp/l! That's a power to displacement ratio!!

Wasn't it said months ago that gt4 would include all the cars from the previous gts, how many cars would be on the list if they are added? Closer to 650?

Did I see correctly that they included a 68 Datsun 2000 Roadster? Can this be? Will I be able to drive my car in a Video game? Someone please tell me this is true. The Garage logo in GT2 looks like the front of one, that would be rad if they included the non US spec 2 liter roadster (with the big cam and carbs) in the BRE paint job.
