this has happened a few times recently

they have overrun by a long way and people have entered after it was supposed to close and still got into the polls

I agree but they should close the thread when its meant to be closed and then everyone has equal time to do it

Im not complaining

the people who run these comps are superstars - they are great fun

Ahh, sorry guys. I've not been around GTP this week, its the first week back to school from holidays and things are rather hectic right now. I usually ask the person picking the top ten to officially close the comp, but thats not happened this week. I'll put the poll and entry thread up on either Friday night or Saturday morning.

I talked to Rev the other day, but he does seem incredibly busy. Since I'm the one who picked the Top 10, I can definitely throw a thread up at some point tomorrow (I'm heading to bed right now), and get a theme from the last winner. If everyone's okay with it, of course, I'd just like to see the comp moving along
