Grrr....I try for hours and I can't get that good, I had a hard enough time lining those two VDubs up and try to write it all in German.

DRIFT GOD
i wasnt refering to your post, in fact your list is very helpfull. i was refering to the whole PHOTOMODE COMPETITIONS in general not just this one.

i apoligize if i sounded rude i just posted quick before i went to work :indiff:

lol what about MAX POWER ??? here in the states we get a edited version of that magazine, but the one in the U.K is great 👍

Ah ok, sorry on my behalf aswell then, I'm still not exaclty sure wtf is going on but I might just use my supra or find a cool smallish car in the tuner village.

Wanted to put a few more more pics in but i think the elise does the job

FINAL ENTRY

Due to some recent events such as the Mag cover above, I have decided to to make a mag cover this week as I have not a chance in the world of getting close to winning...

Awesome job man, I like yours.

okay, so sports compact = fast fours & rotaries :D sorry, that term isn't used down here, and everything other than a commodore & falcon is an import ;)

that Turbo mag is lovely, but too wide to be a real mag. let's see you do it with 'real' dimensions :)

What is the real Dimensions of a Magazine?

fast fours & rotaries is pretty much it Brock5000. There are some minor exceptions- eg. Supra; Skyline etc

Here's some aussie sites/mags that may help. (anyone correct me if these aren't really what the theme is asking for)

Edit: I just measured some mags lying around my room, and all of them were around 22.5cm x 30cm (give or take 0.5cm)

Ya I didn't see the heads up display at first, very cool 👍.

Thanks dudes, any suggestions to improve it??
I will crop and move the wheel more outside ...
yellow and blue Mine's? I don't get it ... suppose to be white, right?
if they are not Mine's .. say JUN ... I will think that is hot

The dimensions of it look fine to me. I think Road & Track is probably even wider than that. Magazines come in many shapes and sizes! But he still needs to put a barcode on it!

Alright I'll break down and ask for suggestions on mine since it's going to be a long day at work and I'll have nothing to do.

I would say putting lots of stickers and veilside bodykits to make your cover super riced out ... that's what those import magazines do
but I have no idea how german's doing ... maybe they love autocross stuff

btw .... I am thinking West Coast Style for my entry

Be gentle, this is my first try to make a mag cover
FINAL ENTRY

I will put this up as my final entry because i didn't had time to make another

Looks good for a first one, you could try changing the font to a more exciting one, and put an outline around the pictures??? Gd job tho. 👍

I'm working with a simple program that came with my digital camera
the computer with photoshop installed is to slow :grumpy:
normally my mom has the installation cd somewhere, so future covers will be more appealing

Hey lads, tell me what you think of this :

👍

These covers are looking pretty good. I find it funny that a "sport compact" mag would be titled "Torque". Those crazy import people are so confused! But seriously, I think photoshopping on as many body mods and stupid stickers and triple-decker wings as possible would make the covers look pretty authentic. Maybe some intercoolers showing and huge wheels too. As you can tell I don't like that kind of stuff, but for the topic of the competition that would be pretty convincing. Just some ideas for people!

Rules were changed, its magazines from the tuner village, so its a tuning mag :P

we used to put the barcode on the spine / back cover of our mag, real estate on the front was too valuable :)
