"Only 9 cars were built, 2 of which belong to the Sultan of Brunei. Two additional cars, #'s 10 and 11, are not quite finished, still in need of a bit of work, and are presently sitting in containers somewhere in Detroit as of 1998."

That may be the reason for such bad handling, Polyphony Digital couldn't get a hold of one to test
