GT4 WRS Week 152 : Official Results

Hi all -

Looks like division 3 has their share of mess ups this week.

The close call I mentioned is actually an invisiwall touch. There is a 0.5 MPH drop in the data logger that has rendered my lap dirty, along with this PIC that Kenny was kind enough to provide.

Hopefully my prior replays and overall performance speak to the fact that this is not my intention or style. I guess I got a little too excited about that lap time and did not view this objectively enough. Thanks to 01GTP and arora for taking the time and effort to thoroughly check my replay. My most sincere apologies to Jerry and my fellow WRS'ers.

Kevin, as your fellow offender this week, let me say you've lost no respect here. I've been running against you for almost a year now and you have always been straight up. I suspect we both suffered from the same virus of over enthusiasm on this really tough challenge that Jerry put before us and that is in no way any excuse. As you say: "lesson learned."

its definitely a terrible feeling to submit a lap that's not clean for everyone to gaze upon your mistake...having done this myself i know that down in the bottom of your gut feeling of..."OH GREAT!!!...now what does everybody think???"

the best thing out of all is that there are alot of people here that have made mistakes...including myself...that have stood right up and admitted to the mistake. oooops!!! everyone is human and mistakes will be made from time to time. rest ashured though that it takes a big person to stand up in front of the world and admit a mistake but at the same time it earns the respect that you so deserve.

everyone here is clean and respectable...that's what makes this a great forum...you don't have to worry about who you're racing with.

Checked Steve's replay just now and it's a great, smooth throttle control, swing-thru-the-curves and CLEAN lap 👍 BHP at 239 (must have done quite some miles to get there LOL) and tyres at NA (says post 1) oh no D/D

Nice run with controlled tight lines, maybe a little too tight on the first hairpin(cost ya a few). I like the pedal work, looks like how a car would actually be driven 👍

Two questions for Sphinx about the needed replays this week.
Does Andy2125 need to post a replay for a gold?
Does geoergetheracer need to post a replay for his 3rd place podium?

I realize these are new placements and that you did not change the sentence stating the podium finishers in the results. It seems to me as though Andy (Gold) does and George (no podium) does not.

Although waynz has been logged on to GTP numerous times since I sent him the PM requesting that he submits his replay for verification, he has failed to even contact me let alone submit the replay. I find this unacceptable behaviour and very disrespectful to the WRS and all the members here. He is therefore DQ'd

hol101 clearly stated that he couldn't submit a replay for verifcation for this combo. He has therefore also received a DQ.

To say that I'm disappointed, would be an understatment. 👎👎
