Damn good time for this weeks race! I tried hella-hard to go that low but alas, it twas not to be this time around!

Can't wait for this month to be over...it's not been a good one for the SimRaceDriver.......Gosh! I love talking from the 3rd person point of view....I feel like the 'Rock'...

BTW, what's Smilely_leo's story? I love that you always submit a lap regardless of how slow it is, and generally you seem to "win" the DLBF (dead last but finished) award week after week. Is this your first clean lap time just for giggles or did you actually put in an hour or two to get down to 3'48.3?

Either way, way to keep pluggin'.

As for smilely_leo, I've been wondering too.
He registered in February, posted only once here, but submitted several times in the WRS.
He's the only one to know if it's a first clean time submission (as I think it probably is) or not.
Each of us has his/her reasons to race her, and as long as one enjoys racing here without spoiling other people's experience, then it's all OK for me.

BTW, here's my crappy replay.
I haven't run more than 20 laps on the races I posted so far, I'll try and put some more time at Trial Mountain.

Personally I didn't run for 5 days straight, couldn't be bothered trying to improve my time and didn't feel happy turning in the one I had, because it was way below what I'm capable of. I'd rather turn in nothing than sell myself short, y'know?

The combo just didn't inspire me that much.

shockwave, special congrats, if i recall, you are the first div3 driver to move all the way to div1. i might be wrong, but welcome to the wild dogs/lions in fury or whatever guys already wrote.

also, congrats to my JGTC partner, with a great win in div3. way to go andrew!

and holl... real nice streak you have... i thought i had you in sight in GC, when your top time was 1´11´011 i had a 1´10´7 with my splits, but then came those freak times (you, and them curtis with that crazy lap) and i couldn´t get down to that level... seems like you´re winning a lot this past month or so...

and now, its trial mountain again

BTW, Shig, i once sent a PM to smilely leo, to talk about WRS... he rarely misses a deadline, but is not a fan of posting i guess... maybe we will hear from him soon...

Hey all,
I just wanted to come in and mention that the '00 Calsonic Skyline brought my time down to 3'27.7

Not the fastest lap, but then again, I'm not the fastest racer.

However, it should be good evidence that with race cars using the same PWR almost any car can do well (except the NSX obviously).

Whatever the case, I think that if the Calsonic '00 had been used by some of the really fast racers we would have seen the same times from a really cool looking blue race car.

Just something to think about.

well done to the promotions 👍 and to the podium finishers, what happened hotboi with ur time? i wonder how u were loosing .6 between T2-t3, maybe it was something u were doing wrong on a particular corner or something, i think the one corner that favours ds2 is the slowest corner on the track, as ur able to really turn the car sharply and carry more exit speed.

to fasj8, yeah i was pretty thankful to do that lap at trial mountain on the Gc cup, as my previous best time was .2 slower, it was one of those miracle laps, hotboi also did one .024 faster!
