Hi Andge08!

Two renames you can do:

1. In replay theater, select the replay so it's got the red circle around it. Then use your pad to cursor over to the action buttons on the right. You have replay, delete, and so on. The last action button looks like the tip of a fountain pen. Click this and you can then name the file what you like. Up to 16 characters I believe. The replay will then show up in replay theater with the name you have chosen.

2. This renaming will be what others see as the file name when you post it. When you copy the file from your maxdrive to computer, it will have the numbers name like the file you have uploaded here. Just double slow click (or right click for menu) with your mouse and rename the file to a name you like while retaining the max extension. I always copy my replays to a special folder on my computer to rename and save them there.

That's all there is to it! :) Congrats on an excellent start in WRS! 👍

Here's my replay.

Thanks MinorShunt that will me make it much easier to keep track of which file is which. I was just renaming it but not keeping the .max part. :dunce:

And since I'm in an hotel room tonight and I don't my PS2 with me, I have plenty of time and I edited Andge's post to rename the replay.
But don't expect me to do this every week :D

I'll check all replays saturday when I'm back home.

I seem to be having a small problem with the replays. Some of the replays I have transfer to my memory card are not showing up in replay theater. If I boot the PS2 with no disk they show up on the memory card.
I got the replay from minorshunt to work fine, but the files I downloaded for holl01 and shockwave dont seem to show up in my replay theater. I tried repeating the entire process but they still don't show up.
Any ideas why?

ahhh I didnt know the replays were not compatible. Bummer, I was looking forward to seeing the different methods people use.
Thanks

Just put a green star next to all PAL replays I checked.
If someone NTSC has checked Dr_Watson's replay, please post your comment here.
