disappointing the lack of faith in racers in these challenges... if you are going to pester me again Flat-Out, about replays, at least notify the me or any other racers when you submit the thread so as to NOT be a PITA and bring it up right at the end of the week!!!

just checked...close call in the dunlop tire corner...but definitely clean! (well since this is my first time checking someone's replays...maybe it will be good of someone else have a look at it as well)

Everything is written at the bottom of post #1 :

Special : DQ's from last week are requested to provide a replay too. That means Randymcchickenf so far, and I'm still checking other replays, so others might be requested too.
Edit : Casio and shockwaveracing are therefore requested too.

Now look, for the past 2 races I've been PMing you a reminder in order to have you uploading your replay. If you prefer not to be PMed and be automatically DQ'ed instead that's fine for me too. I'm neither your secretary, nor your mother.

I'll try and check your replay tonight, but we have relatives visiting who will sleep in the room where the PS2 is, so if anyone PAL can check it first, just do it.

Thanks Celeron! It was definitely a very close call in that corner, no doubt -- but I must've taken 50 close-up pictures and never did see that front-left tire go completely off the rumble-strip...

I guess I could have reminded you earlier in the week through MSN, but I saw it when I opened the results thread a week ago. I think Cyril works damn hard to put procedures in place that make the whole replay verifying thing easy, and the rules Cyril put in place state a DQ'ed racer must post their replay the following week...doesn't seem that hard to me, I dunno why people don't post their replay every week, at least then you can delete it from your mem card and it's permanently stored online. I'll check it tonight by the way, but I think you may have written your post a bit hastily 👍

i think flat out does a great job, but i am frustrated at being reminded twice in the last 2 weeks, on the last day required, about replay verification. i think if he wants to put certain requirements in the results thread, put them at the top of the first post, that way ALL racers will see them, i dont scroll down past the results for division 1, and all the requirements for replays is right at the bottom of the thread... i will look down he first post the whole way from no on, but it wouldn't kill him to post what he wants done at the top of the post...

other than that i have no qualms at all with the way the WRS is run...

Of course you don't look the results past your name, and you don't look back once you have read it once. I have a better suggestion so that it doesn't happen again, so that you don't have to read each post again to check if it's been modified and so that I don't have to PM you every tuesday : upload your replay every wednesday in the results thread, whether you are requested or not, like many racers do. It will be greatly appreciated by everybody here and it will save everybody a lot of time.
