GT4 WRS Week 82: Official Results

Well this is the closest results I've ever seen. Normally each week the program I use rounds the gold/silver/bronze cut-offs to the nearest 0.5 but I couldn't do that this week because it would have given no silvers in Division 2? A couple of things to note, firstly there is EXACTLY one second separating first and last in Div 2 and very very close to exactly one second between first and last in Div 1? Secondly the amount of people within .05 of each other is I-N-S-A-N-E! Congrats to the winners of a VERY hard fought week 👍 Onto Tsukuba we go...

Quick guide to replay checking:

1. check the race summary, check that the tyres are RD/RD or harder and that the power is <64 hp
2. firstly, check the replay from the farthest top view (press R1 twice as soon as the race starts then X if you need to switch to the outside camera)
3. secondly, check the replay from the same view but in reverse (press L1)
4. if you suspect more than two wheels leave the track, freeze the replay ('Select' button) to enter photomode
5. if you suspect contact with a wall, check the data logger for any sudden spike in the cars speed under full throttle

Whats with the ® PAL symbol i see at the end of the names of racers in the results column. Eg mine now. Wasn't like that last week. Gingiba also has it.

It was like that last week, it stays like that until the replay is verified (as Andy already said 👍) just so people can tell what replays have been uploaded and need verifying.

I must admit... My heart's been beating pretty hard ever since I woke up... Seeing Colby's nice intro to this week's results just got it beating ever faster... I knew I'd climb a few spots on the leaderboard, just didn't know how many... And in that respect:

Metar, you know what's up. And shhh on the promotion thing... I'd go up if I had more time, but most of the time I can't put forth that much effort... And I don't always love the combo. I've been with this track since GT1... Who knows. Maybe someday.

1'13.9? I can't remember what my fastest in the Beat was, it was about two seconds faster than my Copen, which was a 1'15.9... I had the replays saved up until last night as well, but now they're gone. How'd you do?

I thought for sure based on the luxy board I was going to get a 9th or 10th place finish. But 3rd??

My T2 was terrible so I guess I wasn't able to get the left hander after T1 correct. But I found lots of time on the second to last corner so I suppose that's where I drove by some other racers.

Funny I usually know how I will place but this week was a total surprise 👍
