People "in the know" have been saying for some time before Christmas.

I'll say a Thanksgiving release. Take advantage of Black Friday.

This is what i've been saying.

Sony are going to release GT5 at the peak xmas shopping period and here in the UK that date is between 23rd Nov - 1st Dec which coincides with Black friday.

Black Friday = PS3 Slim purchase overload. Add GT5 into that mix as a bundle, then they will really be chumming the waters!
