porsche has an exclusive licence with ea and has had it for over a decade. it has nothing to do with damage. other manufacturers that would impose those conditions although its not clear which ones that are. even then the gran turismo damage modeling isnt able to model damage of that degree. Id rather more cars being made then them make damage to that degree. however getting back on topic it would be nice for the damage modelling to be visible quicker like in this demo if it is possible.

It's not a huge deal to me, I like the mechanical damage myself personally because of the realism of the steering impairment. I'm not the most consistent driver so the cosmetic damage just makes me feel like a crappy driver.

There is no game for a console to this date that simulates real world crash damage for whatever reason it may be.

I wish a GT series to come would have crash damage like this with better graphics of course.

You'll get the option for a chassis rebuild no matter how you drive the car, I took my Civic for one cruise lap around Trial Mountain Circuit without hitting anything and it gave me the option to do so.

Again with the links dude. And collisions have nothing to do with how often you have to rebuild your chassis, it's just dealing with the miles. If so, my credit bank would be in worse shape than our national debt .

I always thought the more you crash the sooner you'd have to rebuild.

Mileage doesn't matter if you enter a race and drive your car 100 feet GT Auto will give you the option for a rebuild. I suggest doing one every 500 to 1,000 miles or so if you actually want to see a difference.

Yeah even if it gives you the option to do one, don't do it unless you've put some good mileage on the car.

I'm just on my phone dude, you're fine. I've never done a chassis rebuild on anything, I think the telltale sign is a noticeable handling difference. I'm not positive on that one, though.

Without a disclaimer it would be, as it is, if the demo is better than the product u take home, then it's purposely misleading and imo, quite a shady way to treat customers.
