For those of you who watch SPEED channel's Pass Time, you'll probably realise I got the idea from the show. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, Pass Time is a game show in which 2 random contestants play against "the house" to guess the most accurate 1/4 mile time for a car. The person closest to the 1/4 mile time wins.

Here are the rules:
1) You must post the stats of your chosen vehicle, such as horsepower, torque, weight, and performance points. You may also provide a picture of your vehicle, but it is not required.
2) No cheating! That means no making last minute changes to your car to help your friend win or anything of that matter. Doing so will result in a draw, and nobody will get the points.
3) No "sandbagging". In other words, no letting off the gas at the start or feathering the throttle during the 1/4 mile run.
4) If your car is fine tuned, you will need to present your transmission and suspension settings, and if you're running a 4WD car, you need to also tell us what the center differential settings are.
5) Most importantly, play nice! Don't get angry or frustrated if you lose.

Here's a quick tutorial of how to set up a post, with replies that follow it:
1/4 Mile Runner I've got a highly modified Ferrari California with 672BHP, 469 ft-lbs of torque, weighs 1321Kg, and is rated at 607PP. Guess my 1/4 mile time to win 100 points!
1/4 Mile Runner runs a 9.783 second 1/4 mile
1/4 Mile Runner Reply #1 wins!
Reply #1 wins 100 points, placing him ahead of the people with less points

At the end of April, the person with the most points wins either a free DLC-painted car of their choice, or a set of glitch gear. Good luck and have fun!

Awesome, looking forward to this. Great idea, I catch myself watching this show trying to guess times all the time even though I'm not a drag racing fan.

For now I'll just guess times but later on I'll set up a car to go for it myself for sure 👍

Do they actually do the closest time without going over?? I thought it was just the closest time. Sorry haven't seen the show in a while, but think it would make more sense if it was without going faster??

9.783 is closer to 10 than 9.5
10 - 9.783 = 0.217
9.783 - 9.5 = 0.283

One Question, will the car be fine tuned? or will it be Tuned and Ran? Probably a DUMB question, but let me know :D
Good question, if your car is fine tuned, then yes, you will need to present your transmission and suspension settings, and if you're running a 4WD car, you need to also tell us what the center differential settings are. Thanks for notifying me about this, going to add it to the OP right now!
