Hell no. Gran Turismo is in it's prime right now, and we DON'T need stupid idiot boy racer stuff.
If you want something like that, buy Juiced or Need for Speed: Underground 2. Gran Turismo is about motorsport, not terrorising innocent people by charging through the housing estate at 3AM, LOL.

That was taken some where on or near Steven's Creek Blvd. right? Thats the only place i can think of where you can get on both I280 and Rt.17...

Ferrari 330P4 (or pretty much any racing Ferrari from the 60s)
Porsche Carrera 6 (ditto for the Porsches)
Chaparral 2F (probably mentioned before, but i thought i'd bring it up again)
Alfa Romeo Tipo 33 (most beautiful car ever made)

So...explain to me again why you're a Gran Turismo fan/player when you like nothing but racecars, and (maybe) high-end sportscars? Being able to race compact cars and family cars is what makes Gran Turismo Gran Turismo.
I think Simbin's GTLegends would suit your (apparently rather limited) tastes better.

Because Gran Turismo has the (or one of the largest) collections of sports and racing cars (not to mention tracks) out of any consol game in the world.
And it doesn't matter how many offending names you call me (like some sort of 8 year old kid
) you're not going to be able to convince me that competing in the Kei Car Cup (or whatever it was called) was more fun than the All-Japan-Championship thingy. You buy a racing game for the sensation of speed, so that you can go faster than you would ever in real life (unless you're really a racing driver, in which case maybe you're bored of racing cars and want to drive Kei cars). And thats the whole point of it. If i wanted to go slow then i'd go for a walk.(Granted though, some of the little "pointless" guys do have a certain "novelty" factor, which can be quite fun. Although overall i would like to see less of them."

You may only like driving racecars and sportscars, but some people enjoy driving the slower cars, too, including those Kei cars you loathe. See, racing isn't about going fast. It's about going faster than your opponents.
The thing that was revolutionary about Gran Turismo when it first came it is that it was (probably) the first racing game ever made that featured a Honda Civic, among other cars that people actually own. Now, Kazunori Yamauchi has taken things a step further and is attempting to make the Gran Turismo series a playable "car encyclopedia" of sorts, representing the history of the automobile...and as I'm sure you're aware, there's more to the history of the automobile than just sportscars and racecars.
There are plenty of legitimate things to complain about with Gran Turismo 4. The inclusion of a wide variety of cars is not one of them.

Gran Turismo is a game for the WHOLE, say it again, WHOLE automotive community. So what if you are not into race cars...and so what if you are not into those little tuner cars, I'm not. Garn Turismo is built to suit all not just YOU!!!
I know that the game is split 40/30/30 (40% daily drivers ie. a Civic, 30% sports/supercars ie. a Ford GT, and 30% race cars ie. I believe you get the point) But after a point you cant enter a Civic unless you only want to win 500cr. a race.
I'd refer a game to you like you did to Fireball27...
But I cant for the life of me think of a game that only features Civics, Corlloas, and etc.
O, and one other thing i liked,

...did you just try to refute me by stating the exact same thing I did?
You're right -- Gran Turismo does try to be the one game that everyone likes, that appeals to the whole automotive enthusiast community. That's why I called Fireball27 out when he seemed to believe that only sportscars and racecars belonged in Gran Turismo, when in fact, all kinds of cars belong in Gran Turismo, including even the slowest ones.
Oh, and Civics and Corollas are a little too...FWD for my tastes, unless you're talking about a Corolla from the 70's or early 80's, of course. Thanks for thinking of me, though.
