guys want to ask why my bluray cd gt6 always stuck??? its only stuck at time attack and drift seasonal only.....what the problem..it bluray cd or my ps3 console problem????....please helpp..

I'm having similar problems, except the drift and super laps are fine, but the seasonal races are close to unplayable. 5 to 10 minute load times ..... I fixed the same problem a year ago with a new disc. I have a blue ray cleaner disc on the way. If that doesn't fix it I'm getting a new copy of GT6. If that's not the problem I'm not sure what my next move is... bad data, bad blue ray, or bad console.

I'll second @Draggon. Try cleaning your disc first. If that doesn't work, try deleting your game data and reinstalling.

Definitely sounds like a disc problem as the others have said....it may be there is an issue on the area of the disc where that particular data is located. GT discs have always been a problem for me as my PS3 does not like the dual-layer discs...my first copy of GT6 worked for 6 months then stopped working and my GT5 disc rarely works. My advice is to get a digital copy of the game...I did that when my first copy broke (luckily, though it was 6 months after getting it, the retailer refunded me the money) and have had no issues since

Having said that, it's possible it may be a dirty lens on the laser in the PS3 itself or a misaligned laser, though that should show up as an issue more than just the odd events but you never know. Do a search on your favourite search engine for videos/solutions as there are plenty around (sorry, I can't remember what the solution is hence the search suggestion)

I created an account just to help you out. I had the same problem, it would get stuck, n upon restarting the ps3 the disc would not be detected and the cd rom would make weird noises, I formatted my console n did everything but nothing worked, I hadn't played gt6 for a month because of this. Most said it's a lens failure, but apparently, deleting bgm files from gallery(next to the garage button on home sccreen) fixed it and I haven't had any problems so far today. So I am led to believe it is a software issue that GT6 is causing, because once I reformatted my console and played a little without updating gt6, it was working fine for the few hours I played it.

Update: The game got stuck only after 8hrs of continous play. I don't play anything else on ps3 but my little cousin the other day played fifa n it worked fine, so maybe since there have been so many updates to gt6 it has become heavy on the console. I just finished cleaning the lens myself, I believe this would solve it rather than changing the whole blu ray rom. Dust is always an issue.
I'm not spending 70 more dollars on a rom when all i do is play gt6 on it because they are too lazy to make gt7 for the ps4
