I have a little of a rant to post here but I think it sort of relates to the main topic.
Is it a lot to ask that PD makes premium versions of really popular cars like the Supra or the AE86 just to name a few.
I'm very happy that they upgraded the 2000GT, but I feel that's just not enough :( What about the Veyron? 205 turbo 16 evo2? the hakosuka or the kenmeri skylines? This list could go on...
Please tell me I'm not being unreasonable for expecting this kind of (fan)service from PD.
I'm holding off GT6 for a while, at least wait until the GPS mobile app that lets you add "any" road as a track to the game.
SambaBus, the Fiat 500s and the Daihatsu Copen are all good for sh**s and giggles but come on! I will spend 95% of the time playing with the cars I like. This time around is the moon rover... 11/10 for being original, I really did not see that one coming, but it also doesn't make me want to buy the game.

I know it's small consolation, but the Veyron is premium. Or at least they are doing the 2013 model. I cant imagine they would introduce a new model and not make it premium. I would like to see polyphony go towards a more continuous, evolution type of process, where cars, tracks and updates are all included. I would be willing to pay $10 bucks a month for that. And a Hispano Suiza racecar from the 20's

^ Awesome livery! However, whoever 'chopped that forgot to edit one tiny detail. Its supposed to be McLaren-Honda (just like in the old days) rather than Mercedes-Benz...as McHonda will be the team next season...
Isn't Honda coming back to F1 in 2015? So I think that having Mercedes-Benz is correct.

Since we got a new premium Europa, and I've been watching way too much Overhaulin' I think this owuld make a great addition, Lotus Elise motor, superchared, Porsche headlights and gauge cluster, custom 20" rims, awesome car

With the passing of Paul Walker today, I think it would be appropriate to add the Supra he drove in the first F&F movie.

I would drive that car a lot if PD put it into GT. However I think that seeing as though Paul was a big fan of Skylines, it'd be more likely to include the two Skylines he drove in F&F 2 and 4. I'm sure Kaz would approve of his taste.

Completely agree, apart from the rims. Too big IMO.

I did not know that Veyron was upgraded - good! But in GT5 they DID introduce several new models in "standard mode": Veyron, Furai, Audi R8 LMS, which is bad. And I think they did it again in GT6 with the Audi Auto Union.
Again it's a shame that a lot of beloved cars are still left out of premium versions; I can't resist to name a few more: 3000GT, Audi Quattro, Sileighty, 180/200/240SX, E-type Jaguar.

I've almost the same question !

But then to promote the Nissan Figaro. Because it IS a Nissan ofcourse. :sly:
And besides the Figaro we already have the Nissan Paon and Nissan Be-1 already GT from GT4 or even earlier? The prettiest 'Pike' car isn't in the game. Why is that ? *no hard feelings Kaz, just a former owner with small regrets selling that car* :indiff:

Ou and isn't the Nissan IDx called Vision, so is it part of the Vision GT or just a Vision for Nissan?

I've seen some articles on the Top Gear website that have given me an idea that would, hopefully, cut down on a lot of the duplicate Skylines, Civics, etc that grate on so many people and at the same time allow the addition of the majority of cars that people are dying to see in the series.

Over the last few months Top Gear have occasionally posted articles including galleries of their visits to warehouses owned by car manufacturers containing a wide variety of cars from their history. The ones that I can find links back to are Ford's depot in Dagenham (which would obviously focus on the European market), Citroen, Vauxhall and Nissan. These warehouses contain everything from small hatchbacks and family starter cars all the way up pure race cars.

Now I imagine the majority of manufacturers around the world have got a place or two like this and I think it would be amazing if PD were able to arrange access to these treasure troves and say "We'll have one of everything in here". I realise this take a lot of negotiating and a lot of manhours to scan and recreate all the cars, and I know it wouldn't be possible until several games down the line but one can dream!

i would like to see some japanese mountains to drift (like mount haruma in initial d) , infineon raceway that is missing from gt4, mugello race track and more city tracks like new york and seoul from gt4 and paris too. about cars i would to like to see red bull rb9 (since you have red bull partnership) and a lot of german cars that are missing like bmw 1 series , bmw m5 , bmw m6 , audi rs6 , rs7 , s3 2013,audi rs4 wagon 2012,bmw i3 and i8 . i would like to see too more alfa romeo cars from 80-90 and some recent hatchbacks like ford fiesta rs , polo R, peugeot 208 gti and the nissan juke r :).
about racing cars , the v8 australian models would be nice to see them in-game and also more endurance prototypes.

I wouldn't say he was a "massive" fan.

I drove an R35 GT-R at the tail end of "Fast Five" and I drive a 35 in the new movie. As much as I like the 35 it's just…there's just not as much driver input. It's the latest and greatest, but it's also…it pains me to see the manual transmission is going away. We're seeing maybe the last generation or two right now.

But he was a big car guy in general, as well as a GT-R guy, so of course he liked them.

I think the Mk. I Escort would be a better tribute, but that's just me

I was really excited 'cause in "F&F6" I drive that Ford Escort MK I… Nobody knows what that Mark I is here! I remember on set I was with Tyrese and all the guys, they're like 'Man that's messed up, they gave you the whack car.' And I was like 'No, actually, this is the one I would want to drive.'
