We have 1 space at each of Mercedes/Caterham/Williams
Do you have an Fgt? If not buy on in the above colours and choose your team. First race is Sunday see OP for any further info. Keep an eye on here if you would like to practice with us. Add me Rhyfelwr79
Welcome to the FGTC

I was in a lobby with Ferg and a few other randomers and the connection seemed fairly reasonable! I reckon fingers crossed I might stick the duration of the race!

What time are you guys practicing? I'll try and get online
Also if you want to add me to the driverstandings - D.Anderton

Entersandman is the graphics guy. He will get you up there before race 1. I'll invite you to practice, tonight I can do 630- 8 pm GMT.
Later tomorrow if you can't make that.

Etid- see above

Ok thanks, I'm guessing it affects everyone the same?
Do you know if the tyre wear remain consistent after the first pit?

Should affect everyone the same, and I don't know about tyre wear, it's meant to be worse, but I haven't tested it so don't know how much worse. There's also meant to be a fix for it, which I haven't tested yet either, and that's if you put tyre wear on fast or very fast.

I'll look into it, thanks for the info.

I believe that it affects all compounds and that it is the same for everyone so we will run according to the rules and see how it goes. I'll do a test run tonight under race conditions and see what happens. I'll post results here.

Was having a quick run around in free run, and did the odd stop here and there and my times didn't seem to be affected, going to do a proper test now.

EDIT: Ran a 10 lap race, pitted at the end of lap 5, my lap times weren't affected at all and I didn't see any noticeable change in tyre wear either.

Then decided to go out in free run and change to mediums in the pits, came straight out and went 0.05 faster than I did on softs...
