As far as I understood it`s possible to fiddle around your V.1.01 savegame (if you have) and do the V.1.00 <--> V.1.01 credit glitch. As soon as you have updated to V.1.02 (and also your savegame is V.1.02ish) you cannot go back because V.1.01 will not accept your V.1.02 savegame. (<-- I tried and V.1.01 rejected my V.1.02 savegame.)
(Not sure if V.1.00 will accept your 1.02 savegame and you could start from there again.)

That explains how I did it. I bought a bunch of M4's before I updated to 1.02 and did the glitch then.
 
With over 1.000 cars, all expensive cars, over 30 Mill. credits and a recognizable piggy bank off P330s I´m quite happy. :D
 
Not sure if its a glitch and/or bug, but the Alpine A110 1600S 15ae doesnt have any dash light at night.
Didnt try the "normal" version though.
 
I noticed that the 70 Rt Challenger TC is showing a weight balance of 50:50 for a old FR dodge that can hardly be accurate unless they have added some lead to the truck
 
Starting on-line race from pole and now few times game didn't load any gauges or other infos to screen, everything work normally except no gauges.
Bumper cam view used, switching thru different views didn't help, cockpit view etc are normal, but also missing all "hud" gauges.

I decided to go into the 550 PP World Championship Series. Car is shown as eligible and checked the car settings while on Race 1. No change, still running over max PP. No warnings on it being over limit (I found this as a glitch not exploit).

I think all races with a PP in the title is the PP the AI uses. But you're allowed to have (IIRC) 50 PP more than what's stated in the title.
 
Huge sound problem what hapens mostly on bathurst, all sounds start clipping, sounds like really bad radiostation, "menu" music, car sounds - ALL.
Just happened again on online this time, when one aussie joined to lobby it breaks all sounds, more often this happened on offline, but now online.

Only what helps after that is quitting back to XMB and restarting game.

I don't know...I'm pretty sure if I recall, you can't buy GT Academy cars in the dealership, let alone a '13 model.

This track sounds like it could either very pleasing to drive, or tedious as heck.

Sorry, but that's one screwed up game you've got your hands on. Is it weird that i've never really experienced a single glitch on GT6? There seem to be a lot of bugs on here, but i've never come across them.

This is is the first time that it happened to me and I got amused by the things the game came up with.
Where am I?

I'm not in the grid, at all! :lol:

This is when I first saw the "Not in grid" moment in Ascari and started the race.


 
i had trouble with a race so i rang a mate up. he and i set up the same car to the same specs and, on speakerphone, started the same race (cote d'zur), both comentating ourselves.
i listened as he was clearly getting far more acceleration and power on his PS than i was on my PS. he was getting into 4th by the 3rd lap whilst i was struggling to catch 6th at the same point.
this was repeatable on that race and when we decided to try the same thing on the apricot hill race in the same series, he beat me to the first corner (and passed 2 cars) consistantly while i tried to catch just 1 car before the corner - and this is straight-line driving from the start. he was consistantly 20+ seconds faster than me over the 4 laps, he could win by a smallish margin whilst i was stuck trying to catch and pass 11th!! (front runners for those races were, variously, toyota7's, 2D's and 2J's (sometimes all at once!!!), cars worth shiploads and far more competitive than i could hope to be - again back to the lack of money thing.
we have not yet raced this situation together online to see if there is a marked diference PvP.

u shure in options, gauges are not "ON"?
 
Just done the Rainmasters series and discovered that Racing Soft tyres have more grip than Intermediate or Wet tyres in 100% track surface water - that surely has to be an error.

Same as GT5. If they didn't fix it there, there's pretty much no hope.
 
Hmm, after looking around for a while...I just realized that there are no GT Academy cars in GT6, just the Nissan GT-R N24 GT Academy '12

Shoot, I'm going to miss the 370Z Tuned :guilty: But I'm curious if the name that appeared in my screenshot is just something that the game picks first when it doesn't know what to do?
