I find I get less and less time for my "hobbies" as time goes by, but I've always wanted a multi-monitor GT setup with a "proper" wheel with a clutch and gear lever. Now that the G29 supports the PS3 AND PS4 I might be able to justify that part of the purchase. Getting her to agree to buying another two 46 inch TV's will be difficult if not impossible lol.

Hmmmm I do have a 1080p projector sitting unused, maybe I could forego the three screens and use that somewhere instead.

[EDIT] I do wish the G29 was compatible with the Xbox One as well though, Forza 6 is fantastic but not the same on a game pad and she'd never go for two wheels![/EDIT]

Interesting the latest Tsukuba 500 PP CS TT still has well over 50,000 participants. Those may be the last 60,000 still playing but some are still soldiering on.

Note - the G29 emulates a DFGT in GT6 not a G27/G25 so you can't use the clutch or shifter. Also, the clutch model in GT6 is unchanged from GT5 - it is poor resulting in a lot of missed shifts into neutral.

No news in weeks! No updates! And no more Vision Gran Turismo cars!!!
What do you think? Is This game completely abandoned? What a shame! There´re a lot of incomplete stuff...

They are probably getting ready for gt sport, some cars like the Bugatti Vision is seen on gt sport

Overall I see why many abandoned GT6 after giving it a shot. Tuning can be quite frustrating trying to use real life logical approaches. The fact all the cars come stock with heavy rear toe-in, even the pushy ones always irked me. Then we have camber, what in the world went wrong there?

I do like many of the cars all stock, but I question if any car drives remotely close to the way PD models them. All GT games have their tune oddities I know, I was just hoping the 6th time around would be the one to get it mostly right, instead more stuff than ever seems off.

I can soldier on and work around all that, but many couldn't, or just plain wouldn't.

Suspension setup might be very important for some, but for most players I dare to say that it's a secondary issue.

I'd say the main issue that people had is the race choreography offline, with rolling starts up to half a minute behind the leader, followed by overtaking the rubberbanding AI before reaching the finish line 3 to 5 laps later.

Second on the list would be the online network problems that struck with full force during weekends around February and that made it virtually impossible to hold any online races during weekends.

Third on the list would be the fact that it's last gen, and not having the same graphics appeal as Driveclub and other new generation games.

Sorry I posted a rant about the race experience in another thread, tuning is not important to many I know. But the tuning aspect is what really hooked me back on original GT. The graphics, and being last gen are understandable reasons for people to move on, or just ignore it outright.

Edit: sorry my phone is on a roll with autocorrect. Plus what is supposed to be a Lunch break sure has a lot of work it seems.
