I think it has a better chance of making GT6 than the 2010 (and other) winner(s) had of making GT5. It seems Sony understands that its DLC needs to be a game changer this time around (or a "quantum leap") and they need to get serious with it, so we'll probably be getting better than just a few new cars and a whole batch of TC versions of cars already in the game. In a best case scenario I think it would be ready for DLC around this time next year, so it also depends on how strong they keep the DLC going deeper into the life of the game.
That said, I wouldn't be surprised at all if it gets held till GT7. Maybe a 50/50 at this point. Since the car was literally just announced as the winner right now, PD needs to organize the logistics for their team to capture everything they need with the car, bring it back for the modellers, and only then can they start modelling it -- and who knows when that will actually happen. Could be another year and a half or more until we see it in DLC, and add the fact that a decision will have to be made at that point to include it as DLC or wait till GT7.
