Why not the 2013 one? The BMW Z4 GT3 model is more fit for that. Anyways, I'm kinda disappointed from that. At least I still got a BRZ GT300 to play around with.

Where is the 2013 E63 amg and A45 amg which is on the non wishlist and listed as a source, gt6 back in may announced three new mercedes coming to gt6? anyone know whats going on.

There's 2 cars I've noticed in the list after the 124 new cars that are either returning or are new, accent rally car 01, and the Audi auto union v16 type c streamline 37. There's probably more but I haven't been able to check the whole list yet.

I noticed that the Lambo Nomad Diablo GT1 is back, Diablo GT, and Diablo GT2 are also back, unless they were in GT5 and just never saw them

^The NOMAD lamborghini Diablo GT was in GT5, you just had to get it in the used car dealership to get it.

Be careful with those expectations.
This was the exact same thinking that was going on before GT5 was released. A lot of speculation was that "Standards" would have identical exteriors to Premium's, but with no interior view and no damage modelling/poorer damage modelling. Very few thought that we'd be getting pixelated GT4/GTPSP cars.
I would like to be wrong and for you to be right, of course.

In a perfect world I really hope they "save the best for last" cars for the day one car list.

I wouldn't count on the Veloster. Just because we've seen photos of PD capturing sound and photographing it does not mean it'll be in the game. The exact same thing happened with the Maserati Spyder a few years before GT5. And then there's the P4/5 Competizione which also is not on the list but has been seen getting photographed.
As for the Mercedes, not sure which one you're talking about, but if it's not on the list it's most definitely not going to be in the game.
