GT6 Master Car List [NOT A WISHLIST]

Hmmm... I know it.:D That`s why I said there may be more cars to be added soon at release. Maybe I am right about it. If you wanna use my telepathy with GT6 about cars, then tell me.

Cars that were not in GT5 but will be in GT6 should be added.

Like:

Audi Auto Union V16 Type C Streamline ’37

I don't know exactly what else, but I'm not going through every Miata and MX-5 version to determine what exact combinations were and were not in the game. This one just caught my eye and I know it wasn't in GT5.

I can't wait to drive the Hyundai Click Type R. I remember that being an exclusive car for the Korean version of GT4 and I couldn't drive it due to that.

I also think that I might have some new favorite cars when GT6 comes out *looking at the Boss 302 Mustang*.

I really don't like the idea of including the chrome line cars from GT5 in GT6. Just an easy way to add a few more dupes. Honestly, if they really want to include chrome line and stealth cars, at least have them only be unlockable by winning races. It just looks a little ridiculous to see those models that don't even exist in the dealership.

For those who say that some cars are being removed like the G4 or the F10, remember:

All cars from GT5 are going to be in GT6

Then explain why those cars were carefully discluded from the most recent list? Specifically, why were all the modern WRC cars and F1 cars taken away? That can't just be a coincidence.

Not to mention the DLC, so we might see some old cars return as premium.

Why would they take away cars from GT5 only to add them back in through DLC? The WRC and F1 cars were all premium. The best case scenario, in a realistic world, is that there were licensing issues. If PD can straighten those out it's possible they could return again through DLC, but it's certainly not looking good.

Looking at the difference at layout of GT5 and GT6 is that GT6 looks more decent and much easier to control :dopey:. We have Coffee Break back too. 3 things I don`t understand..

1. Base cars are race cars where you can put liveries on them? (F.ex: BMW M3 GT2 Base Car `11)
2. What about carrer mode? I don't understand that they show them like licenses (Novice, National B..) Are there championships or just normal licenses?
3. What is up with the new star system? :dopey: Are those kinda like car missions in a race or something? They are present in Carrer Mode I think. I saw in a pic that in Novice there are 24 stars. :boggled:

That is Hyundai Click (for everyone who doesn`t know). It looks like a cup car. Could it be from a Korean Cup Car series? I hope for more korean cars like Hyundai or Kia lol (nvm..) :)

I think those stars are races within the class.

Oh I see now .💡 So that means the stars are acquired by how clean, how fast and which place you did the race. As I can see Sunday Cup may have 2 or 3 races and you can acquire 3 or 2 stars per race. I got it. Thanks for explaining at the 2 questions. The 1st is still on. :embarrassed:

You just concluded the complete opposite of what I meant
I meant that each star is one race and that there are no kinds of achievements to be done.
It may also be something like: 3rd is one star, 2nd is two, 1st is three.

Edit: looking back at the screens, though, there are seperate icons for position and stars.
Maybe you were right, and it's something like: winning, setting fastest lap, not going of track/hitting other cars

The base models are models without a livery which you can paint.

You know I am completely crazy and 🤬 sometimes but now I got it. Lol. Sometimes you must say: You lost. Think again. ;). Anyway thanks. :)

Ohhh.. Then I wanna create a PINK race car championship. I will have a Pink M3 GT2 if so. :embarrassed: Who's in it? :sly: I love BMWs  Yeah... so livery customisation was a lie. Like the cake was a lie too. (But I knew about the cake before that) Anyway thank you. :)

I think I might love the Base Model race cars if I can actually repaint them and change the racing numbers like the Touring Cars & RMs in GT5.

Is this "18 BMW E92 M3 (BMW Motorsport) ’10" the GT4 car?

My suspicion is that it's the 2010 winner of the 24 hours of the Nürburgring as PD seems to like modelling the cars that won such races (the Phoenix Audi R8 LMS Ultra being the 2012 winner). It was a slightly modified GT2 car to fit the regulations.

B.K
I accept those 500 Skylines and 400 Miatas, it's a japanese game and they love all the "different" editions, i respect that. But when it comes to american or european cars, they just have no clue what we want. PD needs to hire some car freaks from US and Europe which knows what we want.

I agree 100% they need more diversity. If you are selling it as a global product you should have it have global input.

Given how heavily weighted the new-to-GT6 list is toward non-Japanese cars, I think criticism of the diversity is unwarranted.

I'm disappointed in the absence of classic, 80's, and 90's Ford products, but that may be more the fault of Ford than of PD.

Yes but looking at the total call list it is still very Japanese in make up. I do wonder how the relationship between the OEMs and PD works as far as what cars go in. I couldn't imagine a company as aware of its fan base/history/importance of the aftermarket as Ford that they would not want some of the '90s and '80s cars in the game. Hell those same cars still make them money in parts from the FRPP catalog.

I'm going to try to balance the positive and negative by looking at the great additions and the bad omissions.

Positive (in the game)
Aston Martin One-77
Audi R8 Team Phoenix
Audi R18 TDI
Audi S1 Rally Car
BMW M3 GT BMW Motorsport
Bugatti Veyron (premium)
Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C7
DeltaWing
Ferrari 250 GTO
Ferrai 365 GTB/4
Ferrari Dino 246GT
Ferrari 288 GTO
Ferrari FXX
Ford GT40 Mark I
Ford Shelby GT500
Lamborghini Countach LP400 (premium)
Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary (premium)
Lamborghini Diablo GT
Lamborghini Diablo GT2
Lamborghini Reventon
McLaren F1 GTR Kokusai Kaihatsu UK Racing
Nissan GT-R N24 Schulze Motorsport
Pagani Huayra
Pontiac Firebird Trans Am
Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe
SRT Viper GTS

Negative (missing from the game)
Aston Martin racing cars (DBR9, Lola Prototypes)
BMW E30
BMW E36
BMW M1
Bugatti EB110
Bugatti Veyron Super Sport
Ferrari F50
Ferrari F355
Ferrari Testarossa/512TR
Ferrari LaFerrari
Ferrari F12
Ferrari racing cars (458, 430, 333SP, etc.)
McLaren P1
McLaren F1 LM
McLaren F1 GTR BMW Motorsport (premium)
Pagani Zonda F (or any premium Zonda road car)
Toyota Supra MkIV (premium)
Koenigsegg (any model at all -- Agera, CCX, etc.)
More Le Mans prototypes (modern ones) and premium Le Mans cars (GT-One, Audi R8, etc.)
More GT2/GT3 racing cars like FIA GT3/Blancpain, etc (Gallardo, MP412/C, 458, etc.)

That's all I can really think of right now, but surely there are more. And I only really listed cars I felt were quite glaring omissions, give or take, and not just cars I like that I wish were in the game.

I would've loved another Diablo like the base model, SE Jota, SV, or VT Roadster, but I can't really complain. Great to see the Diablo GT. Other than that I feel pretty good about the Lamborghini lineup. There aren't any real giant omissions like there are in Ferrari's lineup (although obviously there are more Ferraris in the game). Another Ferrari I would love to have is the 348, but I'd say most people probably wouldn't miss it if the F355 and/or Testarossa/512TR were in the game, which is why I left it off the list. Personally, I'd love all three.

Anyway, I don't know. It's not too terrible. There are many positives and negatives. Many of those omissions are quite painful to live down, and especially the lack of more race cars (Le Mans cars and a bigger variety of GT3 level cars) it's hurting.

I'm rather content with the car list. It has most of the cars that people have been crying for since day one, and some personal favorites of mine as well.
