I want my money back. There is in manual that i can choose what car i want from 1200 cars. Nothing says that it will take ten years to get the credits for it. Maybe if u are in america can suit the Pd and Sony by telling lies.

That would be a massive waste of time and money for all parties involved.

I was testing today with a friend to see how much you can make online and its a joke but that being said its only really day 2 so alot of updates will be done to boots it up but from the start if would take you hours of racing just to buy 1 car and tune it to max in GT6 haha

Found this in another thread

1 000 000 000 / 7 000 000 = 142.85 X £39.99 = £5712 (6816 euros) approx...

That's insane it'll cost over 1 billion game credits to buy all the cars , or the above in real money if you wish to pay for the credits .

Credit to "jerry555" for working out this .

Online earnings wasn't really profitable in GT5 either, and cash isn't hard to come by in single player at all. I have earned over 1.5 million by just rushing though the stages, so getting the cash for a car worth 15 million isn't that hard. The market is EXACTLY like it was in GT5 pre-seasonals.
I got 1.1Million for a 54 lap race with a field of 14 in GT5.
Not totally crap is it?

I'd disagree with the rest too. The market is not like GT5 pre-seasonals, it's better.
So, in a day and a half you've earned 1.5 million, and you think that means getting 15 million is easy?
I was unaware that grinding for 10-15 days was "easy".

By the way, it would cost 150USD to buy a 20 million dollar car.

I don't have a problem with the payouts in career mode, the races in the S class pay plenty, I believe it's around 175,000 for 24 min of nurb, which is 4 laps. I just wish the online payouts were equal to that in GT5, because at least after a couple hours online having fun with friends you'll pocket a few 100,000 enough to purchase another decent car. Although I don't plan on using them, the prices PD are charging for credits are ridiculous. Turn 10 was criticised heaps for 1 car (the Ferrari 250 GTO) being worth more than the game, then PD go and do exactly the same..... In my country the standard edition on PSN goes for $110 (the cheapest I've seen it elsewhere was only $74) and the price for 7 million credits is a ridiculous $95 that means the price of a single 20 mill car is equivalently worth more than 2.5 times the price of the PSN version and just under 4 times the cheapest price I've seen!!!

Also for those of you desperate for cr there's a glitch on ascarii where a lap only takes a few seconds ( I don't know if it still works as I haven't used it but seen YouTube video's ) that means the 10 laps of ascarii In the S class will take less than a minute to complete and it pays out something around 130k.

What kills me is just like going from GT4 to GT5, the prices for things have gone up, but it looks like the prize money for wins hasn't, if the prize money for the 1st seasonal is any indication. WTF? Racing gear costs more than brand new cars? What planet are we on? A triple-layer FIA approved racing suit does not cost more than a car. And I really hope they get real with the micro transactions, the prices should be a tenth of what they are. If I were to spend another $50 it should give me every car in the game, and every upgrade put in my inventory. I will not be wasting my hard earned money at their current pricing.

you can buy any car. it doesn't say anywhere. that you can buy EVERY car right away

Way too low, thanks microtransaction for that, This time you can be pretty sure that's the reason and not bad game design because seasonals event have low payout too. If they ask 49 for 7 mil...well.

Grinding in GT5 had nothing to do with credits. You had to repeat events in order to advance levels to compete in new events. The ability to "level up" is much more important than credits.

:boggled: huh? Surely that depends on who you ask, a matter of viewpoint.
The only reason in GT5 I ever did any "grinding" (or bspec remote racing for that matter) was for the credits.
And that's the only reason I can imagine doing it now.

GT6 is all about me getting enough money to buy cool cars & be able to participate in organized racing.
(Especially since there's no longer any shuffle as an option.)

10 hours in I have 850K, and I only spent 36K.
How long do you think it will take to buy each car?

Lets say $1 mil in 12 hrs or $2 mil per day. All the cars cost 1.1 billion. 50 days to get to 100 million. 500 days or a year and 3/4 to get to 1.1 billion. That's assuming you spend nothing on anything other than cars!

Ha they've simulated the REAL economy! Things cost more and money is harder to get. We need the bspec update as a second job inside the game and the ability to put your wife to work on a second PSN account lol!

Simulate everything right?

Well said ! PD are doing what Rockstar have done with GTA Online making the payouts poor and offering for you to pay with hard earned real cash to get by in the game .

I would hope that online payouts would depend on the length and number of opponents in the race. If you get more payout with more career stars that is good too.
