Here's a brief note on the rules.
1) ABS and Active Steering is allowed, but optional. No other driving aids are accepted.
2) Tires are unrestricted, so choose what is right for your driving style. Just note, higher grip tires will take a huge chunk out of the budget.
3) Your budget is restricted to 50,000cr. However, you cannot use a car that's already in your garage.
4) Track settings are set to the default settings for Circuito de la Sierra.

This isn't really a competition for fastest time, just a little tuning/time trial event I made up to test a player's ability to make a suitable 425pp track car within budget limits. There's no expiration date for this event so it can be entered at any time.
