Surely if they had a livery editor it would have been revealed there. There is no mention of it in the painting or customisation sections.

I'm pretty sure those base cars are just duplicates, race cars with no livery that you can paint any colour.

The car didn't even go into production until 2012. The PD '11 model must be the original model shown at Geneva. But yeah, not many differences. Just an easy dupe, this is PD after all.
