I am just not sure about the Toyota, because also the 106 seems to be improved quite a lot

I still think it's a surprise that they included an automatic version when clearly manual ones exist. I guess they just couldn't get their hands on one, but the implications will be very strange in GT6 since all normal cars are manual (other than a bunch that are locked automatics), regardless of choosing AT/MT. So what happens when you shift gears?

Well the 1,614 Automatic versions do outnumber the 1,120 Manual versions so it is likely they were not able to find one.

It looks like we can now adjust the wheel inches, flat doors?, and Other! Could other be Racing Modifications or something else?

There are no more racing modifications. Every RM and TC car that was in GT5 has been renamed; so, now we have the cars like the Lexus IS F Touring Car, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X Rally Car, Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Race Car, and Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C6) LM Race Car. Check the car list here.

Could flat floors mean things like diffusers?

Hopefully...

Well, I searched up "What is a flat floor on a car" on google images, and the first picture is a Viper race car with a diffuser sticking out the back, so I'm guessing that is what a flat floor is.

This is the fourth picture from the custom parts screenshots. If you look below the bumper, you can see a diffuser. I'm pretty sure this is one of the "flat floor" options.

The most unrealistic part of the pics of the SRT Viper above is that you can not put those wheels on that car.

Its really no different from being able to put rims on the GT-ONE that you couldn't in Real Life on GT3.

It looks like the races are still coming up short in number of laps... I always felt they were far too short in GT5 :(
That's how long the sunday cup races have always been: 2 laps at TM/HSR and 2 or 3 laps at AR Mini. That's not really a concern.

Can;t make a conclusion one way or the other yet, we don't know if the more advanced stages of simulation mode will resemble GT5 (short, truncated, simplified) or GT3/GT4 (longer, more elaborate, more depth).

I'm not sure what their thought process was in GT5 for the very limited selection of wheels for cars, but that better not be the case with these sets of wheels because it was honestly never truly the right wheels for a car

Question... in the above picture under the High Speed Ring label, is that a moon with stars? They look like stars but could be rain drops. I tried to find another race select picture to compare but couldn't. If that is indeed the indicator of a track with Time/Weather change and condition, I'm wondering why the track listing has High Speed Ring as..."High Speed Ring / Weather Changes" (copy and pasted). I know subject to change and all that but when the first track listing was revealed it didn't have and Time/Weather info for any of the Snow & Dirt tracks. Could it be another mistake with the picture or track info page?

Edit: After looking at other photos, the moon symbol looks just like the moon symbol in the Photo Travel select screen pictures, City of Arts and Science and Syracuse (Siracusa?) - Night.

Call me stupid but what is the Mercedes-Benz that's racing with the Toyota 2000GT in the trailer? I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere.
