he already is using a bionic arm, as you can clearly see on the arm he compares it to. It probably has some upgrades to the one he already has and it also appears to be shorter than the one he has

Saw the line in the arm but I think it's just a pen mark and not prosthetic. His hands are too fluid to be false imo

That video makes no sense. And I'm sure it has nothing to do with GT6. Look at the seams in the guy's arms, making it believe that he has some sort of ultra sophisticated prosthetic arms. This is part of some weird advertising, I'm sure.

I'm still confused as hell though...

This ad may have been made to shock people, in order to get people to the Twitter page out of curiosity. However, advertisers have to be careful that people may remember the ad more than the actual product trying to be advertised. Too early to tell what the how much the Twitter hit count becomes affected, if at all. Similar to the GoDaddy.com commercials and seeing the "uncensored" extra online footage.

The instructions say Right Mechanic Arm. If you translate that into Japanese, it becomes the name of a suspension part. Therefore, it can be concluded that Translator-san contacted a French ad agency with instructions to detail the new tire model and suspension improvements. Instead, they made a commercial about a guy getting a new mechanical arm.

Or B-spec Bob is gonna have hairy french arms.

You know people will whine about the arm...:
The arms not long enough!
Why isnt it available on standards!
Too many wrinkles!
It sounds like a fake arm!
Sucky Graphics on the fingers!

You all know it.

Or they'll complain that PD is being greedy because they're planning on saving the legs for DLC.

A bionic arm with "#GT6": only a few part (one arm) of the game (a human) is completed and the game will be delayed.

Of course, I hope that arm has the meaning except this...

Seems a bit more like an advert for internet pornography with the protagonist evidently having worn out the first prosthesis or whatever.

Ah well, who am I to question the ways of Polyphony Digital?

I worry about the people confused by this. It's an advert. It's a joke. And this is why American adverts have to be so blunt and straight to the point.
Are generalizations based on location considered logical where you went to school?

You seem to be the only one not confused by this. Why don't you explain the joke to all us stupid Americans?
